Six months have passed since Ayse murdered herself and her children. Murad was getting better and better each day, and I was always here for him to help him feel better.
Maybe what made him feel the best and recover the most was the fact that I found out I am pregnant and that soon we are going to have another child.
Murad allowed me to take care of Ismihan Kaya as my own daughter and I treated her equally as I did of my sons, Selim, Suleyman and Mehmed.
I met with Zarife few times more, but what hurted me is that my sister became really power hungry. Only thing she was speaking about was how Ibrahim will ascend the throne and that then her son she is carrying will be the heir to the throne.
I was really afraid for my sister's fate, because I knew if Murad finds out about this, she will get punished.
That day I was sitting in my chambers and I was drinking tea. I was in sixth month of my pregnancy and I couldn't wait for the day I finally give a birth, because while I was pregnant, everything felt harder for me.
" Sultana, those are new slaves that came into Harem. You wanted me to present them to you." Haci said as he bring three new concubines that came to Harem into my chambers.

Three girls came and bowed to me. They obviously still had no idea who I am, as they were young and new to Harem.
" As I am pregnant is hard for me to take care of my children. I want to hire you three to help me and be my servants and take care of my children." I said to them.
Two of them bowed at me with a smile and kissed my hand, while the third one didn't look so happy.
" Hatun, what kind of behaviour is this?" Haci asked that third girl which acted weirdly.
" I thought we are sent here for Sultan, not to serve you and your children." she said and looked at the floor disappointedly.
" What is your name, Hatun?" I asked her as I was nervous at mention of Murad and another concubines.
" Nastya." She said and bowed to me.
" Listen, Nastya. You are here to take care of my children. I am Sultan's wife and of course I wouldn't call another women here to send them to my husband." I said to her.
She looked disappointedly at the floor, but at the end she still came and kissed my hand.
" I hope I can serve you well then, Sultana." she said to me. She didn't seem to me like someone I can trust to, but there was no one else I could hire to take care of my children.
Nastya, Anna and Maria were now hired for taking care of my children. I didn't believe them a lot still, but that's why Lalezar Kalfa and Haci-aga kept their eyes on them, until I could be sure I trust them.
" Gevherhan Sultana wants to speak with you in Gardens." Haci said to me when three new servants left my chambers.
I prepared quickly and left the Harem to go to the Gardens to meet with Gevherhan. She was one of my favourite people in this Harem.
" Sultana, you wanted to see me." I smiled to her as I accompanied her in a walk in Gardens.
" Yes, Mihrişah, you are the only one I can speak about this topic. And you are the only one who can help me." she stopped walking and smiled to me. I knew I was ready to help her with whatever she wants because she was the one who was defending me always in Harem and she was always by my side.
" I am listening to you." I said to her with a smile.
" After my brother Sultan Murad killed my husband, I had no emotions towards another man. Until this time, I fell in love with Silahtar Mustafa-paşa. And his feelings are the same." she said and she blushed when she mentioned him. It was obvious she loves him a lot.
" You are the only one my brother trusts and listens to. I wish you speak with my brother about Silahtar and me. I hope he will allow us to marry." she said to me with a smile.
" Of course, Sultana. I will do whatever is needed, you deserve only happiness." I said to her and hugged her.
I decided I want to see Murad to talk to him about Gevherhan and Silahtar. I never liked Silahtar as he was rude to me since the first day I came to the Palace, but her happiness was most important.
I went to Murad's chambers but no one was there except Kemankes who was standing in front of his chambers. He bowed to me when he saw me.
" Kemankes, where is Sultan? I want to see him." I said to him as it wasn't usual that he is here, usually Silahtar was standing here.
" I am afraid you cant see him now, Sultana." Kemankes said and looked at the floor.
" What is that supposed to mean?" I asked him and raised my eyebrow.
" Sultan is not at the Palace at this moment." he said and he looked at another side.
" Where is he?" I asked him. Everything seemed weird and suspicious to me at this moment.
" I am afraid I can't tell you that, Sultana." Kemankes said to me.
" Tell me right now." I said to him as I was annoyed. I knew something is really suspicious here as Kemankes was never acting like this.
" Our Sultan is with another woman now, I am sorry, Sultana." Kemankes said and looked at the floor.
I felt like my heart broke into million of pieces at mention of Murad being with another woman which is even not in his Harem. How could he do this to me when he married me and I am preganant again with his child?
