Juliet's POV

I rang the towel dry. The water and blood mixed together as it swirled down the sink.

I put the towel under running water, and stared at his reflection in the mirror.

He looked like a lost puppy, who was beaten up and thrown on the street.

Once the towel was damp, I stopped the water, and walked over to him.

I knelt in front of him, dabbing at the open scar on his cheek. He adjusted the ice pack on his eye.

"I'm sorry Aaron." I said.

"It's okay, really. Most of the pain was from this morning, when I woke up in the hotel." Aaron said.

"You woke up and then what happened?" I asked, setting the towel down next to me.

"I remembered everything that happened last night. Juliet, he's angry-like- he's really pissed off. Why can't you just talk to him?" He asked.

"Because...I...he's just makes everything so difficult, you know? I'm sick and tired of him. He's always getting jealous, but I...I guess I just need a break." I said.

"Everyone's looking for you. You know that? I hope you know what you're doing." Aaron said, as I turned my attention to the sunset outside my window.

Today was Friday, which meant payday, which meant I could finally go home to California.

I needed to go home to Ashley, to Nash, to Michelle and to Shawn.

"This isn't about Hayes anymore, is it?" Aaron asked. I paused before I answered.

"I know he doesn't love me anymore." I sighed. "When I saw him with Lesley..I don't know how I felt. I knew they needed each other. That's why I ran away."

"That's so much bull, Juliet. He loves you."

"No, he doesn't. He just loved the idea of me-the idea of having a girlfriend. It made him feel less alone." I said. I got out my laptop and tried to get tickets to California.

"That's not true." He said, and I clicked to buy the tickets. I didn't mind red eye flights, though the flight would leave at 1 o'clock.

"How would you know?" I asked, closing my laptop.

"Let me show you." He said, as he got up. He stood in front of me.

He reached his hand out for me to take. I grabbed it, and he helped me up.

"So, are you ready?" Aaron asked, as I looked at my outfit, which consisted of jeans, a plain tee, and a leather jacket.

"If I know where we're going." I said, as I grabbed my combat boots.

I sat on the bed to zip them up, and I grabbed a hoodie.

"We're going to Digitour." Aaron smirked.

The taxi pulled up in front of the venue. Even though it was night time, the streets were bright with building lights and lamp posts.

The outside of the venue was empty, meaning that everyone was already inside.

Aaron helped me out of the car, as we stood on the street and looked up at the sign.

Digitour: New York, it said. Along with who was included underneath.

"Ready?" Aaron stared at me. After a while, I nodded.

We walked into the venue, and we stopped by security guards who was going to scan our tickets.

Aaron took out two tickets, the guards scanned them, and they let us through.
