Hayes's POV

I ran as fast as my feet carried, I didn't care who I pushed as I ran, or what I ran into as I did, I just had to follow Juliet.

I knew where she was going, and I couldn't let her go. Not without me, anyways.

I can't let her run away from me again.

All this time I've been wondering why she always, and I mean always, runs away from her problems. Literally.

Like, when I told her I was famous, she ran away and got a flight to New York.

But now that she's in New York, there's only one place she would go, and that was California.

California stole her heart, but that was my job.

I ran to the airport, which was a couple more blocks away. It paid off to be an athlete, because the venue and the airport were miles apart.

I stopped running once I entered the airport. I caught my breath before I talked to someone to look for her.

When I found a security guard, I had to talk to him.

"Have you seen this girl?" I showed him a picture of Juliet on my phone.

"No, sorry. I haven't seen her." He shrugged.

I sighed, and walked back outside. I sat on the curb of the sidewalk and let my head fall to my hands.

I couldn't believe her. I was sick and tired of her running away from me.

Which got me thinking, what if she doesn't want me to come for her? What if I was just wasting my time?

A taxi pulled up in front of me, and honked its horn. The driver motioned for me to get up, so I did. I walked over to the driver's window and he pulled it down.

"Hayes!" My old friend, Frank said.

"I'm so glad to see you." I smiled.

"Get in. Do you have anywhere to be?" He asked, and I nodded.

"Yeah, I'm actually doing this thing at Terminal Five. Could you take me there?" I said as soon as I got into the taxi.

"Sure thing." Frank said as he drove me to the venue.

I checked the time on his dashboard clock, it was ten forty-seven. Digitour should be over, I let all my fans down.

I looked out the window and tried to forget everything, even though I couldn't do it.

Frank pulled up to Terminal Five, and I told him to wait there so that I could see if Digitour was still going on or not.

There was only people that worked there in the hallways, so I went through the main doors.

It was completely empty. There wasn't anyone I knew in sight.

This venue matched how I felt inside, as I stepped up on the stage and walked behind the curtain.

I grabbed my bag from our waiting room, and walked back outside, to where Frank was.

I opened his taxi door and got inside. Frank patted my back and started the car up again.

"Is there anywhere else you have to go?" He asked, and I shook my head.

"No." I seemed to answer.

"Is there anyone you know that can let you spend the night?" He asked, and I paused.

I didn't want to go back to the hotel, everyone would leave by morning on the tour bus, and they'd yell at me.
