Chaeyoung POV

After our trip to the mountain, I can feel and see the different to Mina. I rarely seeing her at school now. Its like she hiding from me. Am I the one make this awkward? Jeongyeon stopped following Tzuyu around, so Dahyun also stopped following them. We back to our routine of visiting multiple people. But, my eyes can't help to shift around looking and waiting for Mina. But, she's nowhere to be found. I keep message her during lunch but she keep texting me back saying she's in bathroom. She's lie.

Me : Where are you?

Mina : Bathroom.

See? She's keep saying the same place entire week. So, I went to the bathroom waiting for her but when I ask the girl coming out from there, no one else inside beside her. So, I know she's lie.

Me : You're not in there.

Mina : How would you know?!

Me : I asked a girl coming out. She said no one else is in there.

Mina : I'm in a different one.

Again, lied.

Me : The other ones are blocked off.

Mina : Whatever. Just stop standing in front of the bathroom and harassing girls. People will think you're some kind of pervert.

Me : Tell me where you are and I will stop.

Mina : Stand there then.

Then, I call her and its ringing. I could hear the ring but I can't find where is coming until I go back of the building.

"Found you" I said smiles and jogs up to her from the corner of the school building.

"Ughh, it stinks here." I said.

"Yeah, just breathe through your mouth. Actually, that's nasty too since you're sucking up trash particles-." I cut her off from gibberish.

"Why are you out here, Minari? I don't see you at the usual table." I asked her.

"I wanted some fresh air." She said.

"I don't think this air around you is fresh." I said pulls my shirt over my nose to block out the odour.

"Eh, but my naps aren't disrupted out here." She shrug.

"Does this have to do with me?" He asked.

"What are you talking about? I'm just sleeping. Can't I sleep?" She replied but I know she fake it her laugh.

"I just feel like I'm scared you off." I said lowly.

"Why would you feel that way?" She asked.

"I don't know. Maybe because of what happened between us in the mountains?" I said trying to guess.

I can see a tiny pink in her cheeks. I can't help remembering what happened last day on our trip. I feel my ears and cheek also red.

"Lets forget what happened." She murmur.

"Why?" I asked serious because I don't want to.

"You're really good friend to me." She said sighs.

"I told you. I'm not your friend. I'm not stupid Mina. You're trying to friend zone me." I said sighs too.

"I don't want it to be awkward." She replied.

"It won't be." I replied quickly.

"Just treat me like a guy friend." She said.

"Fine. If that's what you want. But I can't promise that I will see you just as my guy friend." I said.
