Noun. This term is a useful, satisfying yet inoffensive combination of two very rude words which can safely be spoken in primmest and properest company. Twat and Cunt. So it gives me great pleasure to hereby dedicate this specific chapter and the phrase to seven people on this delightful little app. Specifically those who believe that adults cannot defend themselves against jumped up little rug rats.
