Have you heard of them?
Delusions of grandeur?

Let me educate you, the masses, of what they really are and how damaging they can be.

(Admin has often been told by do-gooders and their ilk, that they are not Loki). Aww how utterly quaint is this.  Actually darlings, this is how admin talks on a daily basis because admin is an educated intellectual. Regardless, here below was their answer to that:

Digressing because I am loathed to give attention to those undeserving of it.  But rather my intention this morning is to educate you.

So, delusional beings. Powerful, hungry egomaniacal creatures.  They do not have delusions of grandeur.  It's inherent.  A part of their being.

There are many different types of delusional disorder based upon the main theme of the delusions henceforth experienced. They include but are not limited to:

Erotomanic. Some with this, believe that another person, often someone important or famous, is in love with him or her. The person might even attempt to make contact with the object of the delusion.  Stalking behaviours are not uncommon.

Grandiose. An over-inflated sense of worth, of power, and of knowledge, or identity. (This entire speech sounds terribly familiar) heheheh

The person affected with such the affliction might believe he or she has a great talent. They might think they are the descendants of a king.  Possibly a living embodiment of a deity. Or perhaps they have made an important discovery.

Mixed. People with this type of delusional disorder have two or more of the types of the delusions listed above.
