What is that, you ask?
Let me enlighten you.A poison dwarf is seen as a selfish, untrustworthy, deeply obnoxious or evil person of insignificant size, sometimes rotund though but not always so. The aforementioned poison dwarf, whose ostensibly unthreatening manifestation allows them to fulfil their inclination for inflicting unprovoked discomfort and misery in an under-handed technique for anyone who has the misfortune to strike-up an alliance with them.
