Didst thou knoweth that Loki, in times of old was auburn? His hair was akin to a burning flame. Called the fiery haired man or fire hair by those who didn't know nor dare to utter his real name. But yet, his skin was pale. Porcelain/bone china/alabaster etc etc ad nauseam.
But, to be different from the rest, mostly all auburn haired folk on this odd island. Freckles covered their fair complexion from head to toe giving them a darker appearance. Their red hair would shine brightly in the day but their skin wouldst burn in the Midgardian sun.
Some thought that those of Irish descent (of the Emerald Isle) were auburn haired. Twas a rarity to have such an abundance of vibrant colour.

His wife, Sigyn, what say you. She was said to be meek. Not much was known of her but she was not as pale as he. Considering he was alabaster in regards to her.
No real information was given to her appearance. Blonde, brunette, even red haired too.

Tis only western culture that depicts Loki as raven haired. Marvel to be precise. Most of the time, he was said to have been red haired. She, was more fair than he.
