Another idiomatic saying here for you; my mostly unwilling students.  Well done though Lily.  You gained a distinction last lesson.  No detention for you sweet girl.  Shame....

Digressing.
It seems largely appropriate to use this idiomatic saying because seemingly, some people love to bring up old stories.  Especially on this wondrous little application known colloquially as Wattpad.  But also, in general.

Yes, this saying is most obviously a common one.  Easy to understand. Aimed especially at those few that cannot fathom how to stop those useless flaps of skin from continually moving under their too bulbous noses.  You know, if you are caught blabbering in my class, I'll stitch your mouth shut tight.
