"Come on, Jen, I still need to help you and get ready!" Irene pushes me out of bed "What happened to you?"
"I didn't sleep well at night." I stick my head under the pillow.
"Why? Anxiety about being crowned prom queen?" She laughs and pulls the cover, making me shrink.
"No." I say softly and sigh as I remember Jisoo. The truth is that since our fight or whatever, I can't sleep and keep thinking about the words she said to me.
"Jen, you have been awkward for a few days." she sits on the bed, looking at me with concern.
"Something happened, Baechu." I take a deep breath and close my eyes.
"OMG, ARE YOU PREGNANT?" She leaps up from the bed, looking at me in horror and I frown.
"IF JONGIN DON'T MAKE ME AN ORGASM, HOW WILL HE GET ME PREGNANT, JOOHYUN?" I throw a pillow at her and rub my face.
"So, what's it?"
"I cheated." I shrug and she sits on the bed again, looking at me with curiosity "Won't you scream?"
"No, I want to know with whom and how it was." she's excited now.
"You're a pervert, my God!" I roll my eyes and bite my bottom lip.
"Was it with Sehun? He's cute, maybe better in bed than Kai."
"Kim." I say softly and she looks at me confused.
"What?"
"Kim Jisoo." I bite my mouth
"I KNEW, I DON'T BELIEVE I WON 100 DOLLARS!" she celebrates and I look at her confused. "Oh, so you're gay, right?" she gives me a malicious smile and I roll my eyes.
"I don't know, I think so." I sigh and tap my fingers on my knee. "Wait, why did you make money?"
"Seulgi and I bet on sexual tension between you and Jisoo." she says naturally and I open my eyes wide.
"KANG SEULGI KNOW? KIM TOLD HER?" I hold Irene by the shoulders. " OH MY GOD, JISOO WILL TELL EVERYONE IN THE SCHOOL AS A FORM OF REVENGE."
"What? Wasn't it just once?" she narrows her eyes.
"No, it was happening from the trip until the day Kai ordered the ball." I feel my throat tighten as I remember that day.
"Woah, Jen, have you been fucking with Kim Jisoo all along? Is that why you were so annoyed when I praised her curves?" she laughs "What do you mean until that day?"
"We kind of were together." I feel a tear fall "I fell in love with the nerd, Joohyun." I hug her and give up on holding back tears. "It's three days and I miss her so much, but now she hates me and goes to the dance with Rosé."
"What?" she moves away "Rosie Posie? Seriously?" she looks thoughtful "I always thought Rosé had a crush on Kim."
"I still watched the request." I say irritated while wiping tears.
"Why don't you break up with Kai and stay with Kim? It seems to be what you want to do."
"Are you crazy? And my popularity? What will people say about me if they find out I was with Jisoo? Kai and I are the most popular for a reason, Joohyun, which is why we're going to be crowned tonight." I shake my head "This is just a phase, don't worry."
"Whatever makes you sleep at night, Jen." she sighs.
