Karai's Vendetta S1E21 (Part 1)

The turtles and Splinter are fighting the footbots and Shredder's henchmen in Stockman's lab.

Leo's brothers hurry to get Leo free to rescue Karai from her mutation prison.

Once free, Leo jumped up to the top of Karai's cage and untapped her mouth.

"Thanks Leo."

Karai said and they smiled at each other. Not knowing the danger that is about to come forth.

From the other side of the large mutagen vase, Shredder jumped up and extended his blades jumping towards Leo.

Splinter and Leo's brothers saw the Shredder but it was too late to do anything but warn Leo.

"LEONARDO !!"

Splinter yelled, hoping to warn his endangered son.

"LEO !!"

Leo's brothers tried to warn him as well.

"Leo WATCH OUT !!"

Karai saw a moment too late, as the Shredder cut the chains and the case went flying over the edge to the ground.

Leo dropped into the ooze.

"LEO NOO !!"

Raph yelled as he ran to the container and up to the side as he watched his only older brother get double mutated.

Mikey and Donnie were close behind.

Splinter unties Karai to rescue her from the small crate type prison.

Leo pushed himself over the side of the ooze container and fell.

Raph jumped and caught him before he hit the ground.

Leo was now a green snake mutant with his bright blue eyes and a bit of a harder surface to his back where his shell was.

Raph was too upset to be angry at the Shredder for what he did to his brother.

So Raph looked around and saw Shredder and his henchman were gone......He also saw Splinter with Karai, and not Leo. That made his blood boil.

Raph looked down at Leo as he started waking up.

The snake jumped up and hissed at Raph, Don and Mikey.

"Leo ! Leo, wait ! It's us ! We're your brothers ! Remember ?!"

Raph tried to get through his brother's snake mind.

Leo's hands went down and he visibly relaxed.

"R-Raph ? D-Donnie ? Mike-y ?"

Leo looked around and saw Splinter with Karai and looked betrayed.

"F-father ?"

His brothers could see tears form at the edges of Leo's eyes as he watched the rat who raised him taking care of Karai. But not him, his son, who just got mutated...again.

Raph and Don could tell by the body language Leo was showing that he was about to bolt.

"Woah, Leo WAIT !!"

They were too late as Leo slithered out of the warehouse and disappeared into the night.
