"I don't want to go" I pouted as I held Rosalind in my arms and kissed her forehead 

"I know, but it's only for a few hours, and then we'll be coming in"

"I know" I pouted, he leaned in and kissed my lips 

"I love you" he kissed my lips again "go take care of your business babe"

"Okay" I sighed "I love you too" I kissed his lips, and kissed Rosie's forehead before handing her to him and leaving for work. 

I had three weeks off, I let Alyssa and Jin run my shop while I was on paternity leave, and now that I had to go back I was dreading it. This restaurant was my dream, everything I wanted, I worked my ass off to get where I am, but now that we have Rosalind..she's my entire fucking galaxy. Her and her father mean so much more to me than a fucking restaurant, but I can't just close it up now and throw in the towel. 

"Hey kookie" Jin smiled as I walked in 

"Hey" I mumbled 

"Aww, it's okay kook. You'll get used to it. On the plus side, Tae is bringing her here in a few hours right? So you'll still see her" 

"It's not the same" I shook my head as I walked into my office to go over the paperwork 

"I know" he nodded as he sat across from me 

"I think I'm going to hire a general manager. Someone just under me, so that I don't have to work open to close everyday. I don't want to be the dad that worked too much he didn't have time for his kids" 

"That's not a bad idea, that's basically what Alyssa is for me" he shrugged "it's not cheap though" he shook his head "I won't tell you how much I pay her because you guys are friends, but she's practically salary at this point because whichever store I'm not at, she's running. And you've paid her really well for the times she's had to be here" 

"I don't even know anyone to ask, someone I trust who needs a job and would be good at this stuff" 

"Kat might know someone? She was Tae's assistant and like co ceo for all those years" 

"Ask her for me please?"

"Why don't you?"

"You'll see her before I do" I smirked, his cheeks turned red and he looked away 

"You know..don't you?"

"We both do, we caught her leaving your room the morning after the wedding, and we knew in the jet, and basically we've been pretty sure it's been happening ever since" 

"Fuck" he sighed "anyway. Yes, I'll ask her when she comes over tonight" 

"Thanks babes" I blew him a kiss as he stood up and walked out my office, leaving me to laugh by myself as I finished my paperwork. 

"Two pep in house up!" 

"One penne vodka in house up! 

"Three chicken kids meals and a large pie up!"

"Kook! Where's the parm!?"

"Top left on the shelf Bran!"

I was running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to keep up. After not working for a month, and being up all night with Rosalind, I was exhausted. I felt so out of my element. 

"Why are we not dropping fries guys!" I shook the basket in the fryer "come on, let's keep up yeah?" 

"Kook! We ran out of sausage!"

"Did you check the walk in?" I walked off to look in the walk in and take a few seconds to myself in the cool air "the fuck" I mumbled, I grabbed the sausage and walked back into the kitchen, sitting it in front of Brandon "here Bran"
