13. Surprise, Surprise

Previously: You gave Spencer a ride home. He's in your bed while you're on the couch.

TW: Mentions of abuse and rape.

Nick: "You're a horrible bitch."

Y/N: "Why? Cause I had fun and it wasn't with you??"

Nick: "You shut the fuck up."

Y/N: "Or else what? What are you gonna do cut me? Choke me? Punch me? Rape me?"

He doesn't say anything and just walks up to you. You walk back until you hit a wall. He places one hand on your throat and squeezes. He lifts you up while squeezing. He squeezes until you're purple and blue in the face. He continues until you momentarily pass out.

You wake up trying to catch your breath. You bring your knees to your head and you try to silently cry. Spencer must've heard you because you heard your door open and footsteps.

Reid: "Hey, hey what happened?"

Y/N: "Sorry, I didn't mean to wake you up, I'm okay. You can go back to bed." You say through the voice cracks and tears.

Reid: "You're not okay Y/N, you can't lie to me."

Y/N: "I had one of my nightmares. Again."

Reid: "Oh. Well is there anything I can do?"

Y/N: "Yeah, just go back to bed and pretend this didn't happen."

Reid: "Are you sure?"

Y/N: "Go to my room, let me splash some cold water on my face, I'll be there in a minute."

Reid: "Oh ok."

You go to the hall bathroom and splash some water on your face. You dried off and made your way to your room.

Spencer is sitting up over the covers. You lay down next to him. He lays facing you.

Reid: "What do you need?"

Y/N: "Just hold me."

Reid: "Are you sure?"

Y/N: "Yes."

You throw your leg over him and wrap your arms around him. He wraps his around you, not too tight, not too loose, a nice medium.

Y/N: "Please don't tell anyone. They know about the nightmares but I don't want anyone to know."

Spencer: "Of course Y/N, whatever you need."

He rubs your shoulder and placed his chin on your head while you nuzzle your head into his chest. You could smell his cologne, you felt safe. You drifted off back into a calming sleep and stayed like that.

You woke up at 7, about 4 hours after your nightmare. You were still entangled in Spencer. You looked up and saw he was awake.

Y/N: "Morning Spencer."

Spencer: "Good Morning Y/N, how'd you sleep?"
