In Between

23. Thursday

Previously: Rossi announce he was retiring from the BAU. You and the girls went to the mall and bought outfits for the party on Friday.

It's 4:30 AM, you wake up, do your shower routine, get dressed, take Harley out, give her food and water, wake Spencer up, drive, get breakfast for the both of you, drop Spencer off at the BAU, and meet the girls at the nail salon.

7:00 AM

Once everyone arrived at the nail salon, everyone went inside. Everyone chose a small almond-shaped type of nail because of the BAU. You and the girls color-coordinated with your outfits. Emily chose red french-tips, Penelope did black french-tops with a chrome on top, Tara did a light-nude with various orange swirls, JJ got half-blue half-clear with gold flakes in between, and finally you had decided on all black with a marble-accented ring finger. Everyone paid for their nails and decided to go have lunch.

11:30 AM

You all agreed to just go to the mall again since there's a variety and everyone can pay for their own things. It takes about thirty minutes to get food and to sit down then about thirty minutes to eat. Everyone decided to take advantage of the fact that you all are at the mall again and go on a mini shopping spree.

12:30 PM

Everyone goes into Victoria's Secret to get perfume, some more lingerie, and other things. You didn't get perfume because you had enough, but you got a couple pairs of lingerie sets, a silky robe, and slippers. Then there was a trip to Bath and Body Works to get candles and lotion. After Bath and Body Works, you decided it was time to go home. You bid each other farewell and left.

1:30 PM

You eventually get home and put your things on your bed. You took Harley out and gave her fresh water and food. You decided to take a thirty minute bath to relax.

2:00 PM

You got re-dressed and drove to the BAU. You missed Spencer. After arriving, you flashed your badge like you did daily and walked inside to find Spencer. You looked around the bullpen to see him sitting at his desk doing some paperwork.

Y/N: "Hey."

Spencer turns his seat and looks at you.

Spencer: "Hey, what brings you here? I thought you were getting your nails done?"

Y/N: "We did, see?" You fan out your fingers and he takes a closer look.

Spencer: "They look nice Y/N, I like them."

Y/N: "Yeah?"

Spencer: "Absolutely."

Y/N: "Thanks Spence. Since you're wondering why I'm here, I'm here 'cause I missed you."

Spencer: "Well I'm almost done with these, after I finish do you want to go home?"

Y/N: "Yeah." You give him a smile.

Spencer: "It shouldn't take long, approximately ten to fifteen minutes, depending on how fast I write and if I need breaks for my wrist."
