It had been their eighth night in the Kanagawa prefecture. The night had officially marked that they had survived for more than a week and one of the worst encounters with the mafia yet. After running into 30 of them it was a miracle how she managed to defeat all of them but two. The last one was chasing down Dabi with his gun quirk.

Y/N sprinted on the large industrial piping in the old factory. The gun quirk user was yards underneath her. Dabi was even further than that. Gunshots echoed underneath her. But she could hear nothing but her heart beating against her chest. With each shot, Y/N could tell the bullets were getting closer to hitting Dabi. She was running out of time so she jumped off onto another pipe far below her.

Y/N dropped down swiftly like a cat. She closed the distance as she landed on top of the gun quirk user and knocked him off the metal pipe. She was spinning out of control until she had him in a chokehold. In her freefall, Y/N called out to Dabi through clenched teeth.

"Dabi, burn him now!" Y/N ordered.

Dabi looked above to see Y/N in the air. He had never been so glad to hear her. Without hesitation, he sent flames towards them. Y/N braced for the heat as the flames hurdled towards her.

The flames swallowed them with the hitman taking most of the attack. The man cried out until he fell silent. Blue hell flames devoured the hitman until he was nothing. She let go of the remaining dust in her hands before she landed on the pipeline.

"Was that all of them?" Dabi asked.

"Yep." Y/N patted out the small flames on her shirt as she walked towards Dabi.

"I saw one escape but I doubt he'll come back." She continued.

Y/N rolled up what was left of her sleeves until she heard a gunshot.

Y/N froze and so did Dabi. Her eyes were wild with fear and uncertainty as she stared at Dabi. The idea of Dabi being hurt petrified her.

Y/N hadn't moved until she heard the bullet drop behind her before it fell into the dark abyss below them. The bullet hit her instead and bounced off. She let out a sigh of relief before it turned into anger.

Y/N turned around to the man hiding in dark with a pistol in his hand. It definitely wasn't going to harm her even if he tried. Clearly, someone hadn't told him about her quirk. But she didn't mind educating the bastard.

"It must be amateur night." Y/N sneered.

Y/N was in his face before the last hitman had time to react. She ripped the gun out of his hand and threw it out of his reach. Y/N had him pinned down with one of his arms twisted behind his back and the other under her knee.

The man uselessly struggled underneath her and the more he tried the more she pushed her weight into him. He cried out in pain before he lashed out at her.

"I wasn't aiming for you, bulletproof bitch." The hitman snapped.

"Don't care." She fired back.

Y/N pulled out some steel rebar from off the concrete platform they were on. A strange side effect of being bulletproof was her strength. She bent the rebar tightly around his wrists until his hands couldn't move.

"Besides, you just ruined my shirt." She said.

Dabi had a disappointed look on his face, "Oh, now you're worried about your shirt."

"Not now sweetie," She jested.

She turned her attention back to the hitman. She sat the man on his knees near the edge of the platform. Besides calling her every curse word in the book he said something odd.
