Anyways onto the story!]

You walked through the desolate streets of Japan, hoping to find a store that had yet to be completely raided.

'I want to turn back time... just a few weeks ago everything was great. How did it all turn to hell?'

You remembered the day that the infection first started, there had been some reports of a strange phenomenon, people had started going completely insane... one moment they were the same as any other citizen, and the next they were attacking anything that moved.

Their human body's remained, although at this point most had been terribly disfigured. What really changed was their minds. Human beings who were once parents, children, friends, lovers... they were now nothing more than monsters.

But what you were the most worried about, was how he was.
Tanaka ryunosuke had been your boyfriend before everything started, you had been with him only a day before the world turned to chaos.

The two of you had promised to meet at karasuno that day so you could see his game. Your only hope now was that you could find him there, still waiting for you. First you had to find a store and get any necessary survival equipment.

The walk to karasuno was quite long since you lived a bit far, it was never too bad but now that you had zombies to worry about... that walk had to be a lot more difficult.

You noticed a small market that still had unbroken windows, a good sign that it hadn't been raided yet. Tightly gripping the metal bat in your hand, you used your foot to push open the door, ready to fight whatever waited for you on the other side.

To your surprise it was empty, although that wasn't enough to make you let your guard down.

Looking through the shelves you were surprised to find that the store was rather full, you had hit the gold mine of the zombie apocalypse.

Taking off your large backpack, you started filling it with items, food, medical supplies, as well as a few games and puzzles. It may be the end of the world but you still need something to distract yourself with.

You noticed a few large packs of water bottles, as much as you wanted to take them, you couldn't, they wouldn't fit in your bag and carrying them was too dangerous since you wouldn't be able to carry your bat in the event of an attack.

You started looking around the room, trying to find anything that you could use. There was a door behind the counter which led to a staircase.

You started walking down, flipping the light switch to no avail. Quickly grabbing a flashlight from your pocket to give a bit of light.

Your eyes lit up along with the room as you saw a small wagon in the basement.

'This is perfect! I can put a few cases of water bottles in that!'

Taking a few more steps down the staircase you were hit with the dreadfully familiar smell of rotting flesh.

'Shit...'

Before entering the basement you grabbed a marble from your bag, you had been using them for a while now to catch zombies attention without getting too close to them.

Tossing the marble onto the floor below you heard footsteps, listening carefully to figure out how many there were.

'It's only one set of steps... I'll be fine.'

Raising your bat, you waited until the zombie was in view, swinging the bat down to smash open its skull. You stared at the corpse for a moment to make sure it was fully dead.

once you were completely sure, you scurried down the stairs to grab the wagon and pulled it back up. Putting all of the water you could find in it.

'Maybe I can actually survive this...'

You continued searching the store until you found everything you would need, then left with your now full backpack, a wagon in tow, and your bat in hand. Beginning the long walk to karasuno.

'Ryu... please be there, please be waiting for me.'
______________________________

Unsurprisingly, the walk was rather difficult. You ran into the occasional group of zombies, one on one fights were decently easy but when it came to killing a hoard... things got much more complicated.

But now was the moment you've been waiting for, after hours of walking you had finally reached karasuno high school. The once lively school campus was now a complete mess. Opening the gym doors you were met with...

Nothing.

'No... no no no, it can't be empty. ryu has to be here... he can't be dead.'

Tears pricked from your eyes as you considered the possibility's

'Maybe he's ok... he could have just not been here, maybe the game was canceled before he got to the school... or he left looking for me? Ryu please be ok...'

You stared blankly into the empty gym, until you heard a sound from behind you. Jumping back at the sudden noise, you lifted your bat. Ready to hit whatever creature was behind you. But it was no creature..,

"Y/n..?"

Tanaka stood in front of you, on the brink of tears.

"Ryu... RYU!!"

Dropping the bat, you jumped into tanakas arms, tears pouring uncontrollably from your eyes.

"You're ok, you're alive, oh thank god you're alive..." Tanaka held onto you tightly

You noticed some footsteps approaching the door... but not the footsteps of a zombie.

Finally pulling away from Tanaka, you looked behind him to see the rest of the team.

"You're all alive?!"

Suga smiled at your excitement.
"We are, were struggling... but alive."

"Struggling? I brought some supplies if that'll help!"

Pointing down to your bag and the wagon on the floor, all eyes had been drawn to the things you found.

As the guys opened the bag, excitement filled the room.

"You got food, water, games, medical supplies... how did you find all of this?!" Hinata asked

"Pure luck honestly... I was looking for supplies on my way here and found a store that hadn't been raided. It was rather small but I was able to find all this!" You replied

You and the rest of the guys chatted for a while, which is how you learned about how they survived...
