Chapter 95: The Reveal of One for All

Ochaco, Iida, Hima, and Bakugo watched as Shinso released his grip on the now brainwashed man's hair.

"Now. Tell us who you are, and how you were able to track UA students," Shinso commanded.

The Watcher sat for a moment, as if processing the question, before responding.

"My name is Toma Kunio. I was born on the west side of Tokyo. I grew up poor. My quirk is called Radio Wave. I can determine changes in a person's position depending on the disruptions of Radio Waves. When a person moves, they move between a room full of devices receiving those waves, phones, computers, tablets, so on and so forth. UA's security measures connect with radio waves. The waves cover the entirety of the school. It made it easy to determine everyone's position." The man known as Kunio stated in a monotone voice.

"Who is your boss? And are they the ones who sent you here?" Shinso asked. Kunio once again took a second before responding.

"My boss... Is All for One." The man said simply. "However it was his underling, Shigaraki Tomura, who sent me here many months ago."

"Why?" Shinso asked. Ochaco leaned in just a bit closer.

"The first attack on UA, I was the one who signaled the infiltration. However, All Might quickly put that to an end. Shigaraki never came back for me. I assumed he would return for the school eventually. I kept watch. However, one of All for One's followers, the Mastermind behind many of All for One's experiments, Dr. Garaki, informed me that another of his own personal subordinates would need my assistance. Garaki, with the help of the Liberation, wanted to find those with quirks that All for One would need. Izuku Midoriya and Neito Monoma. Asagiri was in charge of them and another girl far north in Hokkaido, Hima Oshagiri. In order to effectively do this, I was sent here, while she was sent north. "

Hima leaned closer to Ochaco, gripping her arm as if a learned fear took over after hearing Asagiri's name. Ochaco allowed Hima to grip one arm, loosening it for Hima's comfort. Ochaco's other arm however was tense, her hand curled into a tight fist. Dr. Garaki got her parents arrested. Garaki got Izuku taken. And the one who took them. Asagiri...

"But Kirishima said there was a guy who took them," Ochaco questioned, her memory still hazy from her encounter with the now forgotten Yosuke.

"Explain." Shinso said simply.

"Asagiri was partnered with a Liberation Front follower, Yosuke. It is possible that was the man who took the Midoriya boy. Neito Monoma was taken by Asagiri herself. I continued to watch the school, once again left behind." Kunio said.

"Tell us more about Asagiri and Yosuke," Shinso demanded. Ochaco patted Hima on the head before removing her arm from the girl's grip. Ochaco walked over to stand by Shinso.

"Kanai Asagiri. A doctor who had her degree in the medical field taken from her due to her habit of injecting experimental liquids into her patients. Also had a habit of using her quirk to test hypotheses on the patients as well. Her quirk: Amplification. She usually uses her quirk on organic substances, seeing as that is her interest. Muscles, quirks, etc. It can increase the use and abilities of the organic substance she touches. It is believed by Garaki that she can focus her amplification on a general area of the body, whether it be just muscles, just quirk, or both if need be. We do not know if she can amplify her own amplification quirk. Dr. Garaki believes she has tested it, but she has never confirmed it. She likes to keep things hidden from him."

"Inouye Yosuke. A runaway who wants nothing more than to have an easy life, while also having a bit of a rough side. He likes the thrill of battle, but only every now and then. Usually he's eating, sleeping, or watching as others do work until he's told to do something. He's very much a follower. Garaki organized the Liberation to pair Yosuke up with Asagiri in order to strengthen their success. Yosuke can be easily swayed if the reward is good enough. His quirk, Amnesia, can make people forget what has happened as long as he touches them. The longer he touches you the longer periods of time you've forgotten. Yosuke himself however, does not know how long exactly a person has forgotten. He simply guesses. Garaki has noted that Asagiri, with her amplification, can amplify Yosuke's quirk. If amplified, it is possible that the Amnesia Quirk manifests into a physical representation of itself. While the Doctor has not seen it himself, he's sure that Asagiri and Yosuke have used this combined technique before." Kunio finished.
