"One more push of these villains, and Hero Society collapses at is stands!" One of the elderly men in the office room stated loudly, slamming his hand down. The room was filled with the Pro heroes that remained after the Gas Lighter attack, either healed or came out unscathed. All Might, Eraserhead, Cementoss and Midnight all sat in different areas of the tables, Principle Nezu at the far end of the opposing side of the councilmen. Other heroes stood around the room listening in.

"Well what would you have us do!?" One of the pro heroes standing around shouted. "You upper councilman keep talking about how we let an amature villain get the drop on us, however we have proof of the League of Villains involvement!

"And the League of Villains are armatures as well!" Another councilman shouted. "That Shigaraki is a boy that's in over his head. The League of Villains are an organization of ragtag villains that came together only a little over half a year ago!"

"And those 'ragtag" villains seem to have grown a lot stronger in that time period, wouldn't you say?" Aizawa said threateningly. The councilman stared Aizawa down.

"Yes, they have. And while you heroes have been sitting on your asses, the actual threat has been also growing stronger right under our noses! Have any of you forgotten about the Liberation Army!? We don't even know where they are located, and much less closer to stopping them!"

"Look here man," The hero known as Rock Lock started. "It was a surprise attack. As much as it hurt us, there wasn't much that could be done. Yell and scream all you want, but bashing the heroes that were on duty? That ain't it."

"I'll tell you what 'ain't it'." A business looking man in the corner said. "Heroes these days aren't up to par. The only reason this system we have even works is due to All Might. We need a new pillar. And no one is filling that role! Shouldn't you be the one upholding this!? Why can't you compare to All Might?"

The business man was now pointing directly at Endeavour, who did nothing but glare. All Might, from his seat, held his breath, knowing how Endeavour took being compared to himself. After a few seconds of stand off in the room, Endeavour sighed.

"I haven't been strong enough, though I am working harder to be the best. To protect this city and this country as a whole."

All Might sighed with relief. Endeavour really had changed, even if just a bit. Endeavour a few months ago would have set flame to the room had someone called him out like that regarding being the Number One hero. All Might thought back through the last few months, wondering what had changed Endeavour... Didn't Young Midoriya, Young Bakugo, and Young Todoroki train under that agency? Yes, a few weeks before Gas Lighter had first arrived. All might smiled to himself, concealing the grin as best he could. Young Midoriya was always helping the people around him improve.

"Maybe that type of thinking right there is the reason hero society is crumbling right now." A man with a tan suit said. "Relying on one man to do the job... You aren't policemen. You are heroes. We can't rely on just one hero to keep society up. Its not a permanent solution..."

"It worked for years!" One hero called out. "Just who are you anyway?"

"Tokuda, Taneo. Free lance reporter." Tokuda said. Aizawa squinted his eyes. This reporter had visited the school before. Aizawa glanced at the councilmen, who had a few grins on them. They were trying to get the upper hand on the heroes to push them into following their lead. Using the media influence as a means to and end? Luckily, they chose the worst reporter.

"I am a reporter that wants to fix society. Not just watch it burn to a crisp." Tokuda said. Some of the councilmen grins had vanished. "Some of the heroes in the career need to take better responsibility-"
