This is an Arc Recap! If you feel comfortable and understand the story feel free to skip! Though you may wanna stick around...

In this world, 80% of the population have what society now calls 'Quirks'. Due to the ramifications of having an unregulated super power society, a new career choice was born: The Career Path of Hero.

Throughout the decades, the career of Hero had grown into a massive occupation. Some heroes would be stars, others famous, others rich. A ranking system had been created, a network, and special powers and regulations given to those who trained to become a Hero.

For decades, large thanks due to the Hero known as All Might, who remained Number 1 Hero for years, the system worked. Life was peaceful. However, ever since the beginning, without anyone noticing... The cracks in hero society had formed thanks in large part to All Might's success.

Society began to rely on heroes far too much. People would ignore those in need, stating a hero would eventually help them. However, not all heroes could be trusted with the true responsibility of "Hero". Many did it for fame alone. Others money alone. As the years went on, the hero course became more and more lenient. Agencies practicing easier and easier missions. All Might, had handled all the massive villain issues. There was nothing to protect against.

While true heroic hearts and aspiring true heroes joined... Many and most joined for the simple easy life, not prepared to handle any serious threat to society. The world was not ready for that "Easy Career" to fall from grace so easily...

All Might... The Symbol of Peace fell the year I joined the hero course. My idol. My Hero. Japan's Number One. While All Might did succeed in defeating the villain known as All for One, the cracks had finally given way. The pillar of the Hero Career... And the Pillar of Japan... Had fallen, giving into his weakened state and retiring there and then, pointing his finger at the camera. While society at the time had taken it as a symbol of hope... I and another had taken it differently.

The Hero Council and government knew with All Mights retirement, there was an issue at hand. A void that had to be filled now that All Might, who single handedly held this system up, was no more. Heroes of this age thanks to All Might were weak willed, unreliable, only wanting an easy life. Their solution, to train the next generation of heroes, offering them provisional hero licenses early in order to fill the gap. However, it was too late.

Three entities had already started chipping away the heroes at every corner. The League of Villains, throwing curve balls at the young aspiring heroes, were causing mayhem under the scenes. The Liberation Army, organizing and preparing for revolution, taking civilians, business people, and even heroes to join their cause had also started chipping away at the now weak society. And finally, the most dangerous of them all: All for One, who somehow with the help a few followers and the puppeteering of the League of Villain's Leader, Shigaraki, had been manipulation both the Liberation and the League from behind the scenes, even while in jail.

This is where this story comes into play.

One person, had changed the course of my path. One person, helped me when I needed it most. One person... the most important person in my life... Did the one thing I could never have.

Ochaco Uraraka had come to me when I had needed her most. She had met me on the beach that day, the day I had realized I failed to save one little girl. Ochaco had hugged me, and there at that very moment everything had changed course.

I had made that decision, to follow my feelings and be there for Izuku Midoriya. Not as a friend, but as a partner. After that day on the beach I tried to be there for him as best I could while also coming to terms with how I felt. We had some... rough beginnings and awkward stars but... I wouldn't change anything.
