Chapter 11

1st POV:

"Are you going to see Chifuyu?"

"Huh?" I turn my head to face Mitsuya as we walk along the street.

"You told Chifuyu you were going to go check on him, I'll walk you there if you want." I stop walking as I think,

"No, it's ok. I'll go see him tomorrow. You should back home to your sisters." I smile at him.

"My mum has the day off so she is with then so I don't need to worry. She'll be home all night so I technically don't have to be back until the morning." Mitsuya grabs my hand and continues walking,

"Still, you must be tired, you've been babysitting me for the past couple of hours. Let's just go home." I skip into step besides Mitsuya, swinging our connected hands as we walk. 

"I'm glad you seem happier. It's not that late yet, why don't we go do something fun?" Mitsuya smiles at me as he begins swinging our hands along with me. "What do you like to do? What do you do with your friends?" I let go of his hand as my hand drops but to my side and my smile fades,

"Uhh- I don't really have friends besides Keisuke and Chifuyu. So I don't really know what's fun. And normally Keisuke and Chifuyu are doing Toman stuff so we don't go out together much."

"Hmmm. I'm your friend, aren't I? Let's go do something fun." Mitsuya takes my hand in his again and smiles down at me. I give a small smile back and nod my head. 

"Where are we going?" I ask, following behind Mitsuya, he smiles back at me,

"It's a surprise!"

Timeskip

We arrive at an arcade. 

"You want to go in?" Mitsuya asks turning to me. I nod my head rapidly as I start dragging him towards the door as he chuckles at me but follows nonetheless. 

We spend hours in the arcade, playing different types of games, from shooting games to basketball, car racing, motorbike racing, even a dancing one before we finally become too tired to continue. 

We collect up all our tickets and go to choose a prize. "So which prize do you want? The giant bunny or giant panda?" Mitsuya turns to me waiting for my answer. I turn to the man at the counter,

"Can I have the two little pandas and the matching bunny keychains?"

"Sure." The man says as he brings the pandas and keychains over.

"I thought you would have wanted the big one. Don't girls usually get them?" Mitsuya asks me as we are leaving the arcade.

"Uh- well, the two pandas are for Luna and Mana and the matching keychains are for us." Mitsuya stops and stares at me with a shocked expression. "Uhh- umm- I'm sorry, I know you make most of their toys but I thought they would've liked the pandas. I can try and go back and change it if you don't like it." I panic, thinking I upset Mitsuya. I start walking back into the arcade before Mitsuya stops me, hugging me as tightly as he can. 

"Thank you. Thank you Y/N. I know they'd love them. I love it. Thank you." Mitsuya says, his voice cracking like he is about to cry. I hug him back, 

"Uh- thanks, um- I can't breath though." I wheeze out as Mitsuya releases me and apologises. 

"You can give them to the girls next time you babysit," Mitsuya suggests, I nod my head in reply.

"Ok. But you can still take the keychain now, right?"

"I'd love to. Thanks, Y/N." Mitsuya takes the keychain, holding it in his hand so gently it's like it could break at any moment. He smiles down at it as we start heading home.
