Chapter 12

1st POV:

"So Chifuyu, where are we going?" It was the next day. The day before the battle. Chifuyu was still covered in bruises and was wearing an eye patch but he claimed he was fine.

"We're meeting Takemitchy. I want to take him somewhere." Chifuyu turns back to me as he replies.

"Hmm? to where?" I ask curiously,

"That's a secret. Plus you still haven't told me what you did with Mitsuya yesterday?" Chifuyu slows his place so that we are now walking side by side.

"Huh? Oh well, we just went for a walk, he was just trying to get my mind off Keisuke I think. Oh, Oh! We also went to an arcade, have you been to one? You probably have but it was my first time and it was so much fun. We should go to one together with Keisuke when we get him back." I say excitedly.

"Sure let's go to one with Baji."

Timeskip

We had met up with Takemitchy and Chifuyu was leading the two of us somewhere. We arrived at a small bridge that crossed that street when Chifuyu turned to me, "Y/N, you wait here until we come back."

"Huh? What? Why?" I ask, slightly upset for not being allowed in on whatever they were doing.

"We're meeting someone so we won't be long." Chifuyu ignores my questions as I stand at the bottom of the staircase, watching the two boys climb them.

I stood there for a few minutes grumbling about how unfair Chifuyu was being, especially since I came all this way with them. Hmm, they've been up there a while maybe I could just sneak up and take a peek at who they are talking to. I quietly climb the stair of the overpass bridge and see Chifuyu standing not too far from me alone. I look further down the bridge and see Takemitchy talking to someone. Their long hair looks kind of familiar-.

I stand to get a better look at the boys farther away and run towards them as the other one starts leaving. Chifuyu notices me running and calls out, "Y/N! No, just stay here!"

"You ASSHOLE!!" I yell as I run past him. Takemitchy moves out of my way as he sees me coming. "KEISUKE!!" The boy stops and half turns in my direction as I run up to him. 

I stop and stand a few metres from him, "Keisuke." He turns to face me, a small smile on his face,

"Hey Y/N." I run towards him with my arms open and wrap myself around him,

"Keisukeee." I whine into his chest as he hugs me back.

"I'm sorry Y/N." Baji rubs circles on my back.

"Why did you leave? Come home. Why didn't you ever answer my calls and messages? I was so worried. Come back now, please." Keisuke doesn't say anything but continues to rubs circles on my back in a lulling comfort. 

"I'm sorry Y/N. I'll come back soon so don't be worried."

"Come back now. We can help you. You're going after Kisaki, aren't you? Let Chifuyu and Takemitchy and me help you. We can get him together." I beg him.

"What? Chifuyu got you involved in this? He doesn't know what he's talking about so don't listen to him." Keisuke's soft face becomes hard as he says this and looks past me at Chifuyu and Takemitchy.

"But- Takemitchy also thinks something is going on. There's something about him, just trust him. Come back with us. I even went with them to see Mikey and Draken and Mikey said he wants you to come back to Toman." 

"Y/N. Stay away from Toman and any other gangs. Don't get involved in any of this stuff." Keisuke turns his hard exterior to me.

"Why!? You seem to enjoy getting involved with them!" I yell as I push against Keisuke's chest.
