Bella and Carlisle Cullen

Can I really do this?

Calisle POV

Edward and I run back into our partner's sides. I feel so bad not being by Bella's side. As Edward wraps his arms around her I grab hold of Esme's hand and look to Jasper who quickly calms me. Alice is quick to tell Bella that she is staying here for the weekend. She is also quick to say that she and myself will drive her home to get her stuff, which she quickly agrees to. 

The drive seems like forever. When we arrive Alice and Bella jump out and head to Bella's room, Alice smiling the whole way. I can hear them talking. "What are you smiling about?" Bella asks. Alice looked quickly to the window where I had now perched myself on a branch. My eyes were a deep black and they were locked onto my mate. "Alice! What is wrong with him?" Bella asks her voice filled with concern. Alice begins talking as she walks to the window. "His eyes are black because he is wanting to claim his mate." As she opens the window before Bella can even speak I am at her side holding her hand tightly, but not enough to stop her wriggling away. I have lost all control, she is my mate and I have to show her. 

She dart as fast as she can to Alice's side and hides herself behind her. "Alice! Is he confused? Esme isn't here." Bella says as I slowly move across the room. "No he is not at all confused Bella. You are his mate and now he has meet you it will be almost impossible to hide it." Alice says as calmly as possible trying not to scare Bella. "Alice how long have you known?" Bella asks still hiding behind her whilst looking at me.  

"I have known since the first day we met you, I didn't tell anyone because after I saw you Edward realised you are his singer and started to fall for you. Up until that point I hadn't realised that Carlisle and Esme were not mates. I am soo sorry for not telling you sooner Bella." Alice says. 

"I accept your apology Alice, but how do I stop him from acting...." before she could even finish I had picked her up in my arms and was holding her face close to mine. As she looked into his black eyes I leant forward to kiss her, she moved her head away and my eyes snapped back to their usual golden colour as I regained my control. I gave a very shy smile and quickly put her down, but before I could she leaned in and wrapped her arms around my neck. She pulled my lips to hers and there were sparks. Not like those with Esme and I, these were amazing. The only thing that stopped us was Alice making a fake coughing sound. Of course she has to interfer.
