I leaned to the side and looked over Rhys shoulder, there stood a dear like child. I was shocked more than anything that the creature that was now waddling on its hoof like back legs could speak pure English out loud. As she got closure, I noticed she had long, light golden-brown hair with two little brown ears poking out as one ear contained a light pink bow. The Pink bow matched the pink dress she wore that was down to her knees with white fills.

Her small tail peaked out lightly and wagged a tad as she looked at me with her large brown eyes with golden freckles. Her eyes travelled from me to Rhys and then slowly looked back to me, a small yet sweet smile rested on her lips. She came to about waste height, and thought she looked like a human child she also looked like a reanimation of a deer.

"ok... She is adorable." I Pointed at the little deer as I looked at Rhys in awe, I looked away from him and knelt to be eye level with her. Hers eyes never left me as she slowly waddled up and placed what looked to be a little teddy paw gently on my cheek. Her little sweet smile grew a little bigger as she stared into my eyes.

"You have a good soul." Her voice this time was lower and sweeter than childlike now. I placed my hand over her paw lightly and whispered.

"so, do you." I gave her a little smile, a cough from beside us made me jump and pulled me out of the little trance I was in. I stood up letting go of her little paw. Rhys walked up behind the little deer and gave me a big grin.

"this is Casey, she is my teddy bear, Cassey this is Luna. She's new." He introduced us, he bent at the hips and gave the little dear a pat on the head.

"A teddy bear?" I asked confused looking down at the little creature that seemed more life like then any human. Her eyes were full of life that I could have sworn she was a human experiment more than a teddy bear.

"Yes, my magic has the ability to turn inanimate objects to life. When my little sister Casey gave me this teddy the day I left for this school. I used my magic, and this is what happened. But this little dear refuse to call me brother only master... it's a little disturbing."

He chuckled slightly scratching the back of his neck looking down at the creature is it had gotten distracted and started looking at trophies. I looked at Rhys, the sadness in his eyes did not go unnoticed. He must miss her a lot.

"You know this is amazing." I commented with a smile nudging his side, he looked up and smiled at me. "Does she visit often? Your sister I mean?"

He didn't answer, the sadness that began to radiate off him was enough to tell me to stop digging as much as I wanted to. I crouched down again as the dear waddled up to me with his saws stretched out.

I picked her up and placed her on my hips like a toddler. I began playing with her locks as she giggled, she was adorable. Rhys moved and faced up placing a gentle hand on the top of her head and stocked it.

Casey truly resembled the likeness of a child, it fascinated me that Rhys had this kind of magic with in him. He must be a very powerful wizard.

As we stood there in silence Rhys suddenly bent over in pain almost falling to the ground. I moved my small body to help I'm remain standing as Casey went limp in my arms.

"R-Rhys! What the hell is happening! Hey? Help me!" I called and shouted panicking. I tried to wake Casey up and hold up Rhys body, we both fell to the floor as Casey slipped from my arms.

"Help!" I shouted more. "please!" I needed water to know what was going but there was none. Suddenly I heard a groan and Casey rebooted.

"oh no, master it happened again." Randy moved holding his chest groaning, he slowly stood with me in tow and scooped Casey up checking her over.

"I am sorry Luna, but I need to get going, speak soon." Without letting me get a word in he scurried off, I stood there staring at the empty space he once stood dumbfounded.

What the hell was that? I was so stunned at what had just happened that I didn't full comprehend what had happened. I slowly looked at the door that they left from when I it hit me. I forgot to ask them about finding my way.

I ran into the hallways quickly but didn't see anyone anymore. "Rhys!" I shouted as loud as my lungs would allow me, but it was only my voice that echoed back.

With a heavy sigh in defeat I walked back into he room grabbing my mag and looking at the figurine one last time, I still felt the urgh to touch her but Rhys words reminded me it might not be a good idea.

Taking a deep breath, I pulled out the map once more and looked over it. Let's see if we can get ourselves unlost aye? I thought with a chuckle. Probably not.
