"I'm sorry..." she mutters as she begins to laugh. "I still can't believe you have a perfectly good map and you still got lost!" she cracked into a full belly laugh causing me to chuckle. has her heartfelt laugh rung through the air she lightly held onto her stomach.

"I'd like to see you do better." i chuckled, checks blushing red, My comment caused her to laugh more before calming down.

"I'm Blind and I'm pretty sure i did better then you!" she cooed wiping the tears from her paled eyes. I looked at her in a bit of shock. i am not sure what it was the fact that she didn't have a walking stick or that she acted like she could but i hadn't taken notice she was blind as it didn't show.

"I'm sorry, i didn't know." I commented lightly touching her arm, she gave me a sad smile but didn't pull away. After a minute of silence she faced towards me with a smile.

"I know that the girls dorm is west of here." using her walking stick she pointed in the direction of where west was. With a smile i stood up and turned to her.

"Do you live in the dorms?" she shook her head with a smile.

"No i live in Hydro village, It's easier for me there." I nodded in acknowledgment and smiled at her not that she would be able to see it of course.

"Well, thank you for helping me. Knowing what direction to go it will make it easier." she gave me a smile, a bird flying abov us caught my attention and i looked towards the clear blue sky.

She made a noise of discontent pulling me back to her, walking over i took her hand in mine. "Are you okay Amber?" with a huff of breath she looked over at me.

"yeah i am okay, Just my magic is all." she sigh as her body relaxed from the tension she had around her. her paid seem to disparate just as quickly as it had appeared.

"what type of magic is it you have?" i asked sitting back beside her.

"Sight magic, i still can't control it so sometimes it will just come to me." she shrugged with a defeated sigh.

"Is it always this painful?" she shook her head

"No but the magic around here i can feel it fading and so is my sight. so it is painful at t he moment as i grow weaker."

"What was the vision?"

"My twin brother."

"i hope everything is okay with him, d you know what causing the magic decrease?" she shook her head and stood up, me following in toe.

"I better get going, it was nice meeting you. i hope to see you around soon." she let out a chuckle when it took me a few minutes to catch the pun she has spun. i chuckled myself and said good bye.

I turned away and began walking away, after a few steps her angelic voice slithered through the silence calling my name but whne i turned to look she had already gone. shaking it off I continued forwards to wards the direction she had pointed out to me.

"To the Dorms i go!" i walked out of a small gate in the corner to be met with green fields as far as i could see. it was breath takingly beautiful, It was so freeing to be outside the stone walls and out into the open areas. the silence was calming as i walked through the fields still walking in the direction of the dorms.

I noticed i was just walking farther from what seemed to be the only civilisation round here. with a shrug i got the map back out and tried to navigate why way once more. Soon i hit a large clear lake that was absolutely beautiful.

The water was crystal clear that you should see the colourful stones at the bottom, the long grass around with held various wild flowers of all colours. at the back of the lake was clouded with fur trees forming what was a forest around the school. Butterflies of all species fluttered around, it was so welcoming with the arm sun gently caressing my face. Heaving out a sigh i put my face down to look at t he map in my hands.

"i have followed this map and gotten direction and i still don't have a bloody clue where i am supposed to be! I have gotten so far from the building i don't even think i could find my way back!" I shouted, i couldn't help it. the anger and frustration in myself bottled up and it needed to be let out.

Sighing i sat down on the bank and looked over the beautiful lake as calmness washed over my tense body. I felt all the tiredness of the travel and the sourness of my muscles as my body relaxed Wouldn't hurt to lie down for a moment would it?

coming to a decision, i lay my back on the warm dry grass and looked up the the baby blue clear, from where i lay there was not a cloud in sight. The smell of the grass entered my nose and cleared my thoughts and reminding me of home, as my body relaxed more and more i felt the weariness take over.

I let in engulf me taking in the familiarity of home and thinking on todays stressful events. as the memories flashed through my brain i felt them fade into darkness as i always it to take me into a dreamless sleep.
