Avu put Vaish to sleep and tiptoed out of the room. She went to the balcony and sat back at a chair. She looked up to the sky. A drop of tear fell out from her  right eye and then from the other. When she was unable to control for a long time, she burst into tears but cried silently.

Avu's POV

It's my fault. Why did I make her believe that dada loves her. Maybe if we didn't send them out together, this wouldn't have happened. But how can I be so wrong. It was not only me who could see the love in their eyes. Siddharth never told me that dada has a crush on someone else. probably he doesn't even know.

 Wait... when they came back, BOTH were sad. I didn't even ask Siddharth if he talked to bhai.

She dialed Sid's number and called him. He picked in a few rings

Sid: Hi

He sounded low

Avu: Hi. What happened, why are you sounding low?

Sid: I'm fine. Did you talk to di?

Avu: Umm, yeah I did.

Sid: Even I talked to dada. Can I ask you something?

Avu: Hmm

Sid: You never told me, di had a crush.

Avu was shocked. She thought Sid got to know about Vaish's crush on Abhi. She started pretending the network was weak

Avu: Hello? Hello? Can you hear me?

Then she hung the call.

Avu's POV

How did he come to know about it?

Next day, Vaish and Abhi did not go to their offices. They were sick and heart broken. Only Sid and Avu were in their offices. 

In VaishNeet's office, Avu was sitting in her cabin. She heard a knock on the door. It was her P.A, Adele.

Adele: Ma'am there's someone at the reception to meet you. 

Avu thought it was a dealer she had expected.

Avu: Alright, send them in

She left. Few minutes later, there was another knock on the door

Avu: Pls come in Mr. Lium-

She looked up to find no one else but Sid.

Avu: Madoo, you here?

Sid: Yup. We couldn't talk yesterday so I thought maybe I could come here myself

Avu: Oh, anytime. Abhi dada didn't come?

Sid: No, he's off today

Avu: Oh. Anyways come, sit

Sid sat on the couch near the big window in her cabin. Avu sat opposite to him

Avu: So...

Sid: Let's complete what we left yesterday

Avu: Sure

Sid: We are besties right? 

Avu: Yes of course

Sid: Then answer truthfully. Did you know that Vaish di has a crush?

Avu: Cru..crush? Which crush? Oh, do you mean candy crush? She's a pro at it

Sid: Stop it Avneet! Don't change the topic. Didn't you know that she has a crush on someone else?

Avu was shocked

Avu: Someone else? What do you mean?

Sid: I mean that why didn't you tell me that she likes someone else. You always said that she liked my brother!

He stood up and said in a slightly high voice. Avu was shocked to hear this

Sid: Why are you quite now? Only because of you I encouraged my bother that she likes him too. You said she has feelings for him. You don't even know his condition now. And I can never see my brother in pain

Avu was quite for a long time due to her promise to Vaish. Finally she lost her temper and shot back at him in anger

Avu: What the hell are you saying Mr. Siddharth Nigam? How can you blame the situation on me? Don't you know that it's not my sister but your brother who is in love with someone else? Go ask him if he actually likes her or not. Do you have the slightest idea of how bad our nights went yesterday?

Sid was shocked and confused. He was numb

Avu's POV

I'm sorry di, but I HAVE to tell him now

Avu: She is my sister like friend, my soul mate. Her heart was shattered into pieces last night. Do you know why? Because the man she loves, loves someone else. I was the one who gave her the hope that she will get her love but now because of me, she is broken. AND IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF YOU!

Sid: What are you saying? Which "man", which "love"?

Avu: Vaishu di LOVES Abhi bhai!

Sid...
