Avu was a college going student. She was always a very bright student, enjoying every moment of life. One day, a new boy joined her college. In lunch break, he sat with her in the canteen

Boy: Hi sweetheart, I'm Riyaz Aly. May I know your sweet name?

So the boy is revealed to be Riyaz Aly

She started helping Ri at college. Soon they started developing feelings for each other but didn't open up. When Avu told about this to her mom, she was not at all pleased to know about him. She asked Avu to stay away from him. Avu started doubting her choice but was determined to trust Ri. One day, on Valentine's day, Ri asked her out on a date. Avu was super excited. On the date, he proposed her. Avu was happy but had second thoughts. She told him about her mom's disagreement to their relationship and rejected his proposal

Avu: I'm sorry Riyaz but I can't accept this. I've never gone against my mom's will

Ri: What the hell Avneet! Is it necessary for you to work according to your mom's orders? You're a grown up an you have the right to take your own decisions

Avu: No Riyaz. Ever since I was born, she is the only family I have. My dad passed away before I was even born. She raised single handedly with so much difficulties. I can't go against her
