"Okay guys." Luke started as we walked towards his lunch table. I already felt awkward and self conscious. Firstly because I never ate lunch in the cafeteria, I just sat in the library and did homework and that's how it's been for the past four years. Then once I saw how gorgeous his girl friends were and immediately got jealous of them, but in a good way, if that makes sense.

"This is Paisley Blake." Luke said with a smile as I awkwardly stood next to him. I just awkwardly waved at the six of them as Luke gestured for me to sit down next to him.

"Oh my god you're Paisley? You're so pretty." A girl with beautiful tan skin, black curled hair, and dark brown eyes said which nearly made me tear up.

"Thank you so are you, all of you actually." I said and looked at the other two gorgeous girls that were on either side of her.

"I'm Caroline, that's Jade, and then this is Gracie." She said and pointed to the two girls next to her. Gracie had chocolate brown hair and bright blue eyes and just genuinely looked like the sweetest girl in the world. And then Jade had black hair and green eyes, and a stud in her nose that suited her really well.

"Um Lynny you forgot us." Michael said matter of factly and flicked her forehead from across the table.

"Sorry it's easy to forget you guys. That's my dumb boyfriend Michael, Gracie's boyfriend Calum, and then Jade's boyfriend Ashton." She said and waved her hand in front of them as she spoke.

"We're more than just your boyfriends you know." Michael scoffed and rolled his eyes.

"I was just filling her in damn." She said which made me laugh a bit at their banter.

"Hey Paisley, it's nice to meet you." Ashton said sweetly from the other end of the table.

"It's nice to meet you too." I said and had to look down at everyone else.

"How come we've never seen you before?" Calum asked from his seat next to me.

"I kind of just mind my business really." I said and shrugged my shoulders.

"She's shy, mean too." Luke said which made me roll my eyes.

"She's not mean shut up." Caroline said and gave him a dirty look.

"She's mean to me all the time." He said.

"Because I don't like you." I said which made everyone else laugh.

"You just got flamed dude." Michael said while quickly eating his food.

"She flames me all the time I'm used to it." He said with a sigh and rested his chin on his arms that were laying on the table.

"You probably set yourself up for it." Ashton said with a laugh.

"He does, every time." I said and earned a dirty look from Luke.

Throughout lunch we all talked a bit more. It was very weird for me since I wasn't used to being the center of attention, nor did I really like it. Plus I was constantly afraid that they'd ask something too personal and things would get awkward, but they didn't. They didn't ask me too many questions, mostly just told me their latest drama which was great for me. I'd rather them talk about them then want to know more and more about me.

"See I told you you'd like them." Luke said as we walked to calculus.

"Guess you were right about that. They are super nice." I said which made him smile.

"So does that mean you'll sit with us at lunch every day?" He asked with a look of anticipation.

"I don't know. Just because I like them doesn't mean they like me." I said and shrugged my shoulders.

"They like you trust me, it's hard not to like you." He said and walked to his seat in the front of the room where his other friends were while I walked towards the back.
