Me and Caroline decided to go home a little while later.

Michael fell asleep face first in the sand. Ashton was soaked from the water he was fooling around in. Luke fell asleep in my lap. Calum was playing dangerously close to the fire. Then there were Gracie and Jade that were messily making sand castles and giggling in the sand.

We ended up needing to drag them all to the car which was a challenge. Luckily Luke and Michael had woken up in the short period it took from the sand to the car, but Luke's clingy side was starting to show through.

"I want you to sit with me." Luke mumbled with his eyes half closed.

"I'll sit with you in one second I need to help Caroline." I said and buckled his seatbelt before going to help Caroline put the fire out and bring all the stuff back to the car.

"Did I ever tell you that your hair is pretty?" Luke asked as I climbed in the back seat next to him.

"No you haven't." I giggled as he clung onto me and rested his head on my shoulder.

"Everything about you is pretty." He mumbled and I could clearly tell that he was about to fall asleep again.

"You're pretty too Luke." I said and ran my fingers through his hair.

"No I'm not. I'm just Luke, you're pretty Paisley." He whispered.

"You're very pretty Luke." I said softly.

"Take a nap so you don't get car sick." I said and wrapped both of my arms around him.

"Can you kiss me again? I need a goodnight kiss." He mumbled and closed his eyes. I placed a soft kiss on his forehead and watched a smile appear on his lips as he hummed and nuzzled his head deeper into the crook of my neck.

"One more please." He begged which made me laugh a little and kiss his forehead again.

"Angel." He mumbled before he immediately fell asleep.

After the long ride back to Luke's house me and Caroline had to get everyone in the house, which would be difficult because they're all asleep.

I could hardly get out of my seat because Luke's entire body weight was holding me down. But I eventually was able to wake him up and help him inside. Once I got him up in his bed he immediately fell back to sleep, which allowed me to be able to sleep.

When I woke up Caroline was already up. Everyone else was still sleeping so we decided to make breakfast for everyone just to be nice. Plus we were hungry and wanted food so that was another reason.

I honestly think I'm getting a lot closer to Caroline. I just felt like she was my soulmate, but obviously my friend soulmate. It's almost like we're supposed to be best friends.

"Are you two making breakfast?" Luke asked groggily as Michael followed him in the kitchen, also groggy and tired.

"Yeah we figured you might be hungry when you wake up." Caroline said as she handed them each a smoothie that apparently cures hangovers.

"I actually feel nauseous as hell." Michael said and refused to take the smoothie from her.

"We go through this every time you two are hungover. You are the only ones that are nauseous and it's because you have nothing in your system." She scolded and forced Michael and Luke take the smoothie from her.

"Lynn I'm seriously gonna throw up on you." Michael said which made her roll her eyes.

"Sit down and drink your smoothie, breakfast will be ready soon." She said and went over to the stove to flip some pancakes.

"I'm sorry about last night." Luke said softly so they wouldn't hear.

"Why are you sorry?" I asked and looked up at him with a confused look on my face.

"I said too much. I don't remember everything, but I remember enough to know that most of the things you heard probably shouldn't have been heard." He said with slightly pink cheeks and fumbled with his lip ring a bit.

"You didn't say too much. Besides, honesty is the best policy." I said and shrugged my shoulders.

"What did I say to you? Actually no, don't tell me. I don't want to know." He said quickly which made me laugh.

"You sure?" I teased which just made him shake his head no.

"As long as I didn't miss anything important I'm fine with not knowing." He said and took a sip from his smoothie.

"Well what do you classify as important?" I asked and leaned my back against the counter.

"Did I ask you to be my girlfriend? And if so did you say yes?" He asked with a raised eyebrow which made me laugh and shake my head.

"Something along the line of that, but I didn't answer you." I said and looked up at him.

"Wait seriously? I was really hoping you'd say I didn't ask you anything like that." He said in embarrassment which made me laugh.

"You said a lot, but nothing that I would say is embarrassing." I said nonchalantly.

"I think we have different definitions of embarrassing." He said and covered his face with his hands.

"You're very clingy when you're drunk you know." I said with a smirk.

"So I've been told." He said with a sigh.

"Don't worry, it's cute." I said and went up on my tippy toes to gently kiss his cheek as Caroline called me over for help.
