My birthday surprise

The past few months was a blessing for me. And Risha, my girlfriend is a gift from God. She made my wasted life a bless. Well how much I thank God for sending her to me isn’t enough. With her I can laugh freely, I can live my life without any tension. Seeing her laugh, made my day.
I can’t still believe she and mum-mum remembered my birthday. I didn’t celebrate my birthday since my parents’ death. And I don’t need to.
At mid-night when Rish woke me up I got worried if something happened or not. But then Rish told me it’s for my birthday. That time I was surprised that they remembered the day, when even I was forgotten the date.
When Rish told me to blow the candle and make a wish, I only wish for two people, mum-mum and Rish. I need them in my life. I couldn’t think life can be that beautiful before Rish. She taught me how to live.
After cutting the cake they again wished me and bid me good bye then went to their own room. I was went to sleep again thinking about them.
The next day mum-mum made my favorite food, Risha took an advance leave for me and now she was taking me somewhere and she didn’t even told me where. When we reached our destination, I saw Risha bring me an amusement park.
All kids pursue their parents to come here. But I didn’t have the chance to do. I asked her why she did so. And when she told me “I want to give your childhood back.” I couldn’t hold myself but hugged her tightly. I didn’t want to let her go.
“Alex how much I want you to hold me like this but you we don’t have much time,” She me after a few moments.
“Yeah, let’s go. Let’s enjoy that moment,” I told her as I hold her hand and went inside. “So tell me what ride do you want to enjoy first?” I asked her.
“It’s your day, so you decide,” she told me, raising her brow.
“Roller coaster? Looks like it will be fun!” I told her. It’s my first time so I excited as well as nervous. But if Risha is with me I can do it.
“Ready?” Risha asked me when ride on roller coaster. And I nodded then she gave me her hand. “If you are afraid my hand is always ready for you to grab,” she told me smilingly. Isn’t my girlfriend so caring! Hell yeah!!
“I am always ready to grab your hand doesn’t matter I am afraid or not,” I told her while grabbing her hand in mine. Then the ride started. I closed my eyes feeling air in my face. It feels so good to be care free. After that ride we went for bumper car. And it’s too much fun. We collided each other’s car. When we get outside of it. Rish dragged me towards the Carousel horse ride.
“Remember the horse, which you fixed for me?” Risha told me when were in front of the ride.
“Which you kept for years and didn’t let anyone touch it,” I told her and she was looking at me confused. “Mum-mum told me,” I clear her doubt. She was about to cry then I hugged her. When she pulled apart I kept my hand on her face. “You are the best gift of my life, Rish. Now let’s enjoy the rides.” I took her hand and ride on it.
After a lot of thrilling rides we went towards the fairy wheel ride but it had some technical default that so couldn’t ride it. Today was so much fun. Thank Risha wasn’t enough for it. When we went out of the park, I saw 3 years old boy was looking at the park. I saw around but didn’t found anyone.
“What happened?” Risha asked me.
“Wait a second, baby,” I told her and went towards the boy.
“Hey, baby boy. What are you doing here alone? Who did you come with?” I asked him while kneeled down in front of him.
“I was watching the amusement park. I don’t have money to go inside so every day I came here and watch it from outside. One day I will rides all those ride, when I earn a lot of money,” I saw the determination in his eyes.
“Why are you alone?” I asked her again.
“Cause I don’t have anyone?” he told me.
“Where do you live?” I asked. Then he pointed towards the street. He reminded me of myself. Then I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked up and saw Risha, she gave me a small smile.
“What your name, baby?” I asked the boy.
“Everyone calls me bane,” he replied.
“If we took you somewhere, will you want to go?” She asked bane.
“Where?” he asked her.
“Where you can play with a lot of friends in your age. Where you can go to school with them. Do you want to go?” Risha asked and he nodded.
“Are you hungry?” I asked bane. And he nodded.
“Okay let’s get you somewhere to eat,” Risha told him. Then we went to a restaurant and order our food. When our order arrived, Risha fed him. I looked at them lovingly. A thought came into my mind what if adopt him when… I kept that thought behind my head for some time. After our lunch we took bane to the amusement park again and then we took him to an orphanage. He can live here with other kids.
“Hey bane, you can stay here from now. And I will call you ‘joy’ from now, ok? Do you like it?” Risha asked him. She gave him a name and it was beautiful.
“I love my new name. Thank you.” Telling that he kissed Risha, then he kissed me. After biding our good bye to him we went towards home.
“Rish, his name is beautiful,” I told her when we were inside the car.
“You like it?” she asked me smilingly.
“Yes and it feels so good to give him a shelter. Thank you, Risha for everything,” I told her.
“Alex, how many time told you that don’t thank me. I did those cause I love to.” She frown.
“Okay ok I won’t tell that,” I surrendered.
We reached home after another 30 minutes. When we reached home, I saw everything was dark. There was no light. Was there any blackout?
“Why is there no light?” I asked Risha.
“I don’t know,” she shrugged. When we entered inside, suddenly the light were on.
“Surprise!” loud voices echoed in the room.
