A woman with long, raven black hair and beaming, scarlet red eyes carefully stepped out of bed, careful to not wake her husband. She quietly stepped into her closet and changed from her black shorts and gray tank-top to a pair of black sweatpants and a plain red t-shirt. She then stepped into her bathroom and tied her hair up into a ponytail before brushing her teeth before completing the rest of her morning routine. . . Her ear twitched as she heard shuffling. Peering out of her bedroom, she saw that her husband was still soundly asleep. A smile donned on her lips as she shook her head and walked out of the room. . .

Ruby: Oh, Juuuuune. . .

The woman quietly walked through her home. It wasn't massive, nor was it small. . . It was right in the middle, just perfect. She soon returned to the living room after a full round of the house.

Ruby: June. . .? Junieeeee.

She halted before the coffee table in the middle of the living room. . . and quickly dropped to see beneath it. . . only to see nothing.

Ruby: *sighs* Okay, that's it. I'm cheating.

She marched up the stairs and past her bedroom and entered the next.

Ruby: July?

A seven year old girl with the raven hair of her mother, and the green eyes of her father, sat at on a beanbag clad in magenta pajamas with her  teddy bear in her arms.

July: Oh, yes mom?

Ruby: Where's your brother?

July: Did you check the closet in kitchen?

Ruby: . . . No. No I did not. Thanks sweetie. *smiles*

July: Bye mom!

She waved as her mother set out to find the girl's twin brother. Soon, the woman stood before the closet in the kitchen and slowly twisted open the door.

Ruby: June. . .

She flicked on the light and saw no one. A sigh left her mouth as she heard giggling.

Ruby: Okay kids, you got me.

She spun around and saw her daughter standing beside a boy with his mother black hair and his mother's scarlet eyes. He too wore pajamas, and both wielded dart guns.

June: Don't move!

Ruby froze in place, having smiled just in time so it wouldn't count as her moving.

July: Now that you're trapped, we demand extra cereal!

June: Yeah!

She remained still.

June: Oh, right. You can move now.

Ruby: Geez, not even going to give your dear old mother a good morning.

July/June: Good morning, mommy!

Their mother sighed as the two scrambled to two of the seats at the counter. Soon, the two were eating cereal for breakfast while Ruby cooked up some actual breakfast. Her husband soon walked into the kitchen. He had black hair the tiniest bit lighter than that of his wife's and his eyes were an emerald green. Lavernius Tucker took a seat next to June.

Lavernius: Did your little plan against your mother work?

June: Yeah! It worked perfectly!

Ruby: Don't tell me you're the one who told them about my trick?!

Lavernius: I am not confirming, nor denying.

Ruby: I'm scrambling your eggs.

Lavernius: Bow Chicka Bow-
