General Doyle continued to frantically search for a place to hide, panting as he sprinted! Unfortunately, he came face to face with a cliff on the edge of a rock formation. . .
Doyle: Oh. . . dear!
He heard chuckling. . .
Felix: End of the line, general.
Doyle: You know, I wouldn't advise pointing that weapon at me. . .
He turned and held the sword over the ledge.
Doyle: I am prone to fainting after all.
Felix: *lowers weapon* Oh. . . Very bold. . . but a coward doesn't put his life on the line like that. And you are a coward, Donald Doyle.
Doyle: Shoot me, and you lose the sword!
Felix: You're bluffing.
Doyle: You can't take that chance!
Felix: *steps forward* I can if it's a sure thing.
Doyle: Stay back!
Felix: Give me. The sword.
Doyle: Fine! Fine. . .
He deactivated the blade and gazed at the hilt. . .
Doyle: You can have it. . .
The general yelped as he tossed the sword over the ledge and jumped away!
Felix: NO!
The mercenary dived for it and barely managed to catch it as Doyle landed where he once was!
Felix: Gotcha. . .
As Doyle stood, his allies arrived.
Donut: There he is!
Doyle: He has the sword!
Tucker: What?!
They saw Felix standing.
Tucker: Oh shit!
Weapons were raised, but a shield was as well, blocking the shots!
Felix: Well look who it is. Lavernius Tucker, and his other less important but equally annoying friends.
Caboose: No one steals from the North Pole and gets away with it!
Donut: I don't really see how that's relevant, but I agree!
Tucker: Hand over the sword, Felix!
Felix: Oh no, I think I'm going to keep that right here.
He placed the hilt on his hip.
Tucker: Dude, you're surrounded! You've got nowhere to go!
Felix: Then come get me. . .
Tucker: . . .
Felix: Oh. . . Not so tough after all, huh. I guess without your big bad freelancer buddies. . . you can't really do much, can you?
Tucker: I'm not the one hiding behind a shield. . .
Felix: Oho, so there is some fire in there! Let me tell you this, Tucker. You did outsmart me, but that will not be happening again.
Tucker: So you are taking us seriously? Pretty good for a bunch of idiots, don't you think?
Once again, Felix struggled to find the words. He searched for a snarky remark, but failed to find one. . . With the damage he took to his eye from Ruby's surprise attack and the complete humiliation he suffered by their hands at the radio tower, it wasn't something he could easily deny.
