The Tale of Queen Clarion and Lord Milori

Where spring touches winter

"Please tell me more" Crystal pleaded

"*Sigh*, okay, but this will be the last bit" Milori sighed and sat back down

"After that incident, the young girl and boy did not meet each other for another 2 months as they were busy with their own duties. However, fate brought them together"

"Alright! We'll be splitting into teams of two. One fairy from the warm side, and one from the winter" said Ms onderwyser, an old fairy who is like a teacher. Educating young fairies the history and culture of Pixie Hollow.

Note: Onderwyser means "teacher" in Afrikaans .

"Simon and Janet"

"Lucy and Dewey"

"Sapphire and Delphine"

"Vindeca and Paula"

"Clarion and Milori"

"Your reports will be reviewed before the year end festival. Get working on it and good luck" Ms Onderwyser  mentioned

The young fairies were given a task to write a report about what is needed to be prepared for the arrival of winter and one of the warm seasons. The Twist was, the winter fairy had to write a report on the arrival of a warm season of his/her choice, and the warm fairy the arrival of winter. Hence, the two fairies have to ask each other's questions and write a report based off them.

To give each other a more in depth understanding, the fairies from the respective region would give the other region fairy a tour at the time the season reaches in the mainland.

*Back in those days, there weren't as many events as the present time yet as Pixie Hollow was still very young. Hence, the activity ' know more about each other's world' was created. To top it off, it was the ONLY event of the year. Which is why this event could last for a year.

Each team are sent to different corner of the room to discuss

"Okay , Ms Clarion, please fill out the questions here" Milori said handing the paper to the warm fairy

The young girl starred at the paper wide eyed.

"Gosh. You're organized" she commented

"I guess so. Here. Have a look at these questions. Feel free to add more questions as you please and I will answer them" Milori said handing her another piece of paper

"You wrote this for me?" she asked surprised

"No, I wrote it for whomever I will partner with. "the winter fairy answered

"Why?" asked the warm fairy

"I don't know if you notice, but you're in the library in the winter woods. Air is cold here, which makes air thinner. Thinner air will make it difficult for you to breathe, which will suffocate you. To solve that, we won't talk unless it is truly necessary. Make sense?" he explained

The young girl is dumbfounded. She couldn't tell whether the winter fairy is cold, or kind, or both.

"Thanks" Clarion said as she began reviewing the questions
