Jacques opened the paper and gave a 'this is going to be hard' expression.

"Hm..Lord Milori, Jacques will first inform ye that there is difficulty in creating dis outfit.." Jacques said
"But, if you are willing, Jacques can give it a go" Jacques continued with a smile
Milori thought for a few seconds and said:
"Will it be too..troublesome for you to create something you're unfamiliar with?" Milori asked with concern
"That..is not too big of a concern for Jacques. Jacques only concern is that Lord Milori will not like the outfit. " replied Jacques
"I see.Do not worry, that's not too big of a problem for me" Milori replied with a smile
"Can I count on you to design Queen Clarion and My outfit?" Milori asked
"That would be mi upmost pleasure" Jacques replied
"Might I ask, your Majesties, is the Lord and the Queen attending some sort of formal event in the near future?" asked the tailor
"Yes ,we are" Milori replied
"O lala, must be grand" replied the tailor
Milori and Clarion smiled.
"Sigh..if only Jacques have a chance to see what it was.." Jacques said in a sad tone and look to the ground
"Normal fairies like Jacques rarely or never had a chance to attend such a grand event" Jacques said as his voice trailed off
"You are both so very lucky" Jacques said
"But, Jacques happy enough to help make the beautiful and gorgeous outfit" said Jacques with a perk tone and look at his leaders
"Great, Thank you Jacques" replied the Queen
"No problem" Replied Jacques
"Now then, Queen Clarion and Lord Milori, please follow Jacques to the measurement room" Jacques as he gestured for the Queen and the Lord to follow him
The room was quite spacious with a couple of chairs in it.
Jacques took out two chair with a reasonable space between the two chairs.
"Have a sit ,your Majesties" said Jacques as he bowed and gestured showing the chairs.
"Thank you" replied the Queen and the Lord in unison.
"Alrighty, Jacques will measure the Queen first, then to the Lord, is that okay?" Jacques asked
Milori and Clarion nodded.
"Alright, magnifique. Let's start" said Jacques said as he took a measurement tape
"Okay, for ze queen Jacques need to measure: your upper body, the length of your leg, the size of your hip, your arm, your waist, the wing area, and finally the chest area.
"Because of the outfit that you've particularly chosen, it is important that the measurement around your chest area is a perfect fit otherwise.." Jacques said as his voice trailed off while trying to think of the proper term to use
"A big disaster will happen, and we don't want that do we?" Jacques said looking at the Queen
"Yes" The Queen nodded and chuckled .
Jacques measured the Queen and write down the measurements in his book.
"Alright, now on to Lord Milori" Jacques said happily
