The Tale of Queen Clarion and Lord Milori

The origin of the border rule-Part 1

*Flashback to the past*

Before the story begin, take note of the following:

:Every fairy is born with the same wings, only when you are crowned Queen/King or as Lord or Lady ; then you will own a pair of unique wings.

:The one who decides which fairy is to be Royalty is decided by a mysterious force in the Neverland whom they called "Delphic".

:While "Delphic" chooses the next royal/ruler , the rules of pixie hollow are created by the rulers

:Delphic will appear in the form of leaves to crown/announce the next ruler(whether it be Lady, Lord, king or Queen).

:The only exception where Delphic does NOT need to crown a ruler/royal is when the royal is the one that crowns another.

:There can only be one rulers each from the warm season and the winter woods.(UNLESS they married each other then they can own two titles)

:The main reason for the differences in title (Eg: Queen, and Lord) is to avoid confusion of the two rulers are a couple. Unless they both are obviously a couple( Milori and Clarion in this case) and or married then; it is a different story.

:The title "Princess" and "Prince" does not exist unless the Queen bore the child.

:No fairy will know who is the next Ruler unless Delphic itself said so; only the chosen one will be informed(but they are not allowed to tell other fairy until the day itself ,ELSE they will immediately be stripped of their opportunity)Yes,Delphic is very strict about this rule.

:The potential rulers were selected by Delphic at a young age and trained by Delphic.

Now, the story:

Clarion was newly crowned Queen about 2 days ago, Milori is to be titled "Lord" this fine day.

(Early in the morning)...

"How will Milori react when I show him my crown and my wings?" Clarion thought to herself as she held her first crown in her hands

"I hope that this wouldn't change the relationship between us...." Clarion thought

"I haven't get to see him in the last couple days...today I will pay him a visit" Clarion thought to herself as she put on her crown

The Queen is rougly in her late 10s , her appearance is : Long brown hair tied in a braid, off-shoulder cocktail mid-length dress with stockings and flats.(on formal events it would be Heels instead of flats)

The Queen quickly head out before being surrounded by other fairies.

Clarion wore a coat and head towards the border.

"Brrr! Today seemed to be colder than the other days" Clarion said softly as she shivered

"Clarion?" said a voice from above

"Milori!" Clarion said happily  as she looked up and see a fairy flying above her

Milori hair is now side parted haircut with a similar clothing to the one he wears in Secret of the Wings.

"Hi Clarion- I mean, Queen Clarion, congratulations on  becoming Queen" Milori said as he landed on the ground

"Please, call me like how you usually call me" Clarion said with a slight unhappiness in her voice

"Alright then, Clarion. You look lovely today" Milori said trying to cheer her up

"Thank you, Milori. I'm sorry that I haven't been able to come the last couple of days.." Clarion apologized
