"So She needs all the energy she can get for tomorrow" Milori said
The Queen looked at her husband with a expression that says " You're kidding, right?"
"But Lord Milori, Queen Clarion hasn't been doing such things ever since she had the baby-plants planted" Minister Summer said
"You know, it is a new species, so the Queen is really enthusiastic about the results" Minister Summer said with an awkward laugh
"Crud.." Minister Summer thought
"You do realize that baby plants ;which are also called seedlings don't exactly grow well in winter right?" Minister Earth said
The Queen, Milori and Minister Summer froze.
Right, they had forgotten minister Earth is an expertise at this area. There's no fooling him. No matter how they lie, he will know when they lie.
The Queen shot her husband a 'we should tell them, the TRUTH this time' look
Milori was a bit skeptical but nodded in agreement.He is not a fan of answering parenting or baby questions. Not that he doesn't like answering questions, it's just annoying to answer them over and over again(to different fairies) yet they do not wish to dismiss the questions just like that.
" To those ministers who does not know"
"Queen Clarion and I are married" Milori said
"And we are now expecting our first child" the Queen continued
The other ministers went silent for a few seconds
"Chile( is also called Chili) don't grow in Winter" Minister Earth said with a brow raise
"No minister Earth, they meant they are having a real, living fairy baby" Minister Spring replied
"Wait, you're for real?!" Minister Cloud asked in shock
"Yes! I knew it!" said Minister Sun said with a 'yes' gesture
"You knew?!" Minister Lightning
"When? How? What? How did you know?" Minister Metal asked
"Oh come on Ministers, the different clothes, the tired eyes" Minister Sun said
"But, I wasn't too sure yet; because it might just be- " Minister Sun said as she stopped
She went silent
"Well, you know, you know?" Minister Sun replied with an awkward laugh
And as expected they got bombarded with several questions by the ministers
After a good 8 minutes later..
Milori cleared his throat
"I'm sorry but the question and answer session will have to end here"
"Now that you all know the reason, can we please proceed with the meeting as quickly as possible?"
"It's not me that needs the rest, it's the mother and the baby" Milori said
"Milori, I'm not a young child,I can take care of myself" the Queen whispered to her husband
"I'm more worried for you than I am for myself" Milori replied (also whispering)
