"Jacques are you alright?!" Clarion asked with a worried tone
(Previously)
Milori quickly remove the books that were stack on him.
"Jacques...is..okay" said Jacques with a thumbs up while lying on the floor
Milori quickly scan his body for any bruises or injuries and check his body for any broken bones.
"I'm sorry I need to touch your body to see if you have any injury that are serious" Milori said as he began examining Jacques body
Jacques nodded.
"Ah-" Jacques whimper in pain
"Where do you feel pain?" Milori asked with concern
"My wrist" Jacques replied
Clarion took a look at the injured wrist.
Jacques wrist was sprained due to the pressure of holding a thick book and the greater pressure of more books falling on him. He was lucky that he didn't fracture his hand. However, his hand was sprained quite badly..
The Queen allowed Jacques to lay on her lap while Milori tries to reduce the pain. The Queen patted his head in attempt to calm him down.
"Snip, can you help me get a medium size leaf and a pair of scissors?" Milori asked the fairy
"Right away!" the fairy said and flew to find a medium size leaf and scissors
A couple moments later..
"Here!" Snip gave Lord Milori the leaf and the scissors
"thank you" Milori replied
Milori cut a small long piece from the leaf; made small pieces of ice; places the ice on the injured area and secure it with the leaves.
Jacques winced in pain.
"Thank you..Lord Milori..Queen Clarion and snip" said Jacques weakly
"Don't worry about it" Milori said
"Just calm down" said the Queen in a soothing voice
"Jacques, do you have strength to move?" Milori asked
Jacques nodded and attempted to get up, but fell.
"It's okay, don't force yourself" Milori stated
"Now then, I will call for a healing talent nurse to-" Milori said but was interrupted
"This cannot be happening.." Jacques said with his voice cracking
Lord Milori and the Queen looked at the saddened fairy.
"If Jacques don't recover from this sprain, Jacques cannot make the lovely dress and the tuxedo " Jacques feeling a bit sad
"Jacques dearest, it's okay, please do not worry about them, we can-" the Queen said trying to comfort the fairy
"Find other fairy to do the outfits?" Jacques continued with a sad look
Milori and Clarion looked at the fairy sad expression. They don't know what to say.
"Jacques just had to get injured at this ONE time where Jacques get to make something super important and a one-in-a-life-time offer" Jacques said with anger and at the verge of tears
"ç'est le pire (meaning"it's the worst" in French)" Jacques said softly while a tear stream down his face
"I'm sorry..."Clarion said while comforting the crying fairy
