Ahhhh I can't believe it's finally all done! If you got to this point, thank you for following Mia, Nathan, Hazel, Evan, and me on this journey!
I know this book needs major work and eventually, I want to go through and edit it. For example, the actual bullying Mia endured wasn't shown that much, but that's because I wanted to focus on Mia's journey to becoming braver. I also want to expand the characters and their backgrounds more. The editing won't be for a while though.
Also, I'm planning a spinoff sequel!!! It will be a few years later when the characters are 25. It will follow two different couples.
The first is Rose, Mia's friend, and a certain handsome, funny, sensitive, charming, strong, humble Korean best friend 👀. Ahh, you guys have no idea how excited I am for this pairing! Rose's sweet demeanor and Evan's funny one is going to be an interesting dynamic. Both of them are creative and hard-working, just in different ways.
The second is Hazel, who's been down on love recently. It especially sucks because her best friend is getting married soon and she's the maid of honor. (Writing that Mia and Nathan are getting married is surreal.) Then she meets someone at a grocery store and sparks fly.
The sequel won't be written for a while though because I want to focus on different stories and characters for a little bit. I'm already planning my next story, which I should start posting in a few weeks.
It follows Stella Montgomery. She's pretty, popular, rich, and well, sort of a bitch. She rules Briar (Redwoods rival school) and is living her best life.
Then she gets amnesia.
The only person she does remember, Miles, hates her. But he and his friends, who are all part of a band, decide to help her find herself and get her memories back. As the months pass by and she slowly starts to remember herself, she doesn't like who she finds. There's also the fact that she's developing feelings for him. Feelings that he doesn't reciprocate.
I'm super excited about it and I hope you will enjoy it as much as you enjoyed this book.
So for the last time on Fake Dating the Bad Boy, vote and comment!
I love you and don't forget to stand tall!
