Stuck With Two (Under MAJOR editting)

Chapter 6- Extraordinarily Rude

I happily studied for three hours straight without taking any break. After that I told him 'I have studied for three hours now you have to answer my question.'

'Ask.' He said.

'What do you think about relationships?' I asked.

'I think relationships are shit.' He replied arranging his books.

'Do you want relationship with me?' I asked!! What!! Wait a minute!! What did I ask him!!! I am seriously crazy!!! He is looking at me angrily and at the same time he looks surprised.

'What are you trying to say Erika?' he asked me. What am I trying to say?!!!!

'Um...the thing is everyone at school thinks we are a couple or something.' I blurted out.

'What!? What rumors did you spread?' he asked. Me? Spread rumors?! What the fuck!??

'I didn't spread any rumors. Everyone thinks so because everyone thinks you almost kissed me outside class, then you gave me a ride on your bike and all that! Why are you doing so??' I asked him. I seriously want to know.

'God. Just so you know I never wanted to come to your way. I don't even care what you do and what you don't. I am just doing this because dad told me to protect you and take care of you. I am not at all interested to do anything with you. I just want to stay away from you.' He said. Wow. He doesn't even care about me. He just did all this because his dad asked him to. All he wants is to stay away from me. I feel I am going to cry any possible second now.

'Shane untie me.' I told him. My expression is blank now.

'What happened to your face?' he asked. After saying all this he is asking what happened to my face.

'Untie me.' I repeated now my voice sounded a little thick.

'What happened?' he asked me.

'Nothing.' I said and thumped my head on the table.

I heard the footsteps fading away. Maybe he is going away. Good. I don't want to see him anymore. Never, ever, ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually I want to see him. I want to see him every day but I shouldn't be clingy. He wants to stay away from me. I will stay away from him. I won't even go near him now.

I don't know when I slept and who took me to my bedroom. But I was in my bed. I got up from the bed and looked at my phone. It was eight am. I have to reach school before eight-thirty. I should freshen up. I brushed my teeth, took a bath and got dressed. I picked up my school bag and went to the dining room. No one was there except Shane. I have to stay away from him. I went out of the dining room. I walked to school. My stomach is growling with hunger. I have some money in my bag. I will have food at lunch. I just have to be patient.

I went to my locker to get my books out. The first class was English. The thing is me and Shane are having all the classes together. Sia is having three subjects with me English, history and chemistry. Aiden is having nine subjects with me English, history, chemistry, German, geometry, physics, biology, geography and yeah! Economics.

Shane is having every single class with me. Why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????

I am taking out my belongings from my locker absent mindedly. I found a bar of dark chocolate. Its my favorite! It has a note.

'In case you feel hungry, eat this.' It doesn't say from who it is. I take out the chocolate. I tore it and started to chomp on it. Someone laughed. I saw Aiden.

'You are really hungry right?' he asked.

'You put this in here?' I ask him surprised.

'No. I didn't.' he replied.

'Yeah I didn't have any breakfast. Where's Sia?' I ask him.

'She is sick.' He replied. The bright color of his face faded a little. Maybe he likes her too.

'Don't worry she will get better!' I said and gave him an assuring smile.

'Yes. Come on let's go to class.' He said and weboth headed to class. I can't stop thinking about it. That note! That chocolate! Whom is it from!?

I am still munching on the chocolate. I saw Shane looking at me. He didn't turn away when I looked at him. Did he give this to me? No he can't! He hates me.

I try to focus on the teacher's words but I cant'! I want to know who gave me that chocolate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am gonna find him!!

I tried concentrating on my studies the whole day but I couldn't. All I could think about was that chocolate and from whom it was from. Shane's glaring at me occasionally. I don't care. All I am gonna do is stay out of his way. I know dad told me to get along with him but I won't now. I tried. He still hates me. I have to admit I still care about him.

Before I realized it was lunch time. I sat with Aiden. My eyes searched for Shane. 

'Are you looking for Shane?' Aiden asked punching my shoulder.

'No.' I lied without looking at him.

'Did you ask him about it?' Aiden asked me. He had a very curious look on his face.

'Yes.' I replied. It didn't go so well. I don't even want to talk about it.

'What did he say?' he asked looking even more curious.

I told him everything that happened yesterday.

After hearing everything he said 'I still think he likes you.' Is he crazy?

'I don't want to talk about him.' I said dropping the topic.

'What's that thing in your hand?' he asked me looking at the piece of paper in my hands. It was that note I found with that chocolate. I showed it to Aiden.

'You have a secret admirer!' Aiden exclaimed quietly.

'I don't know Aiden. I don't know who it is.' I said. I was confused who could it be?!

'Don't worry we will find him.' He said and picked up his empty plate. Before I could pick up my plate Aiden picked my plate and smiled.

'I got this.' He said beaming. He is so cute. I noticed Shane glaring at me again. I went out of the cafeteria and someone clasped my arm. No doubt it was Shane.
