Y/n's POV:
I have a horrible headache. I wake up with Sasha staring down worriedly at me. The moment I gain consciousness, she jumps at me, holding me like I'm never gonna see her again. I cant say anything. I'm too confused with the blinding light, the pain, and everything. What just happened?

I hear a faint "Y/n! You're awake!". I slightly nod. My body feels like a pack of rocks. I can hardly move.

"What happened?" Sasha asks. If only I knew.

"I don't know," I say, my voice extremely raspy sounding like I haven't had water in years. She cocks her head to the side and has a worried look on her face.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah i'm- I actually don't know." I sigh, deciding not to lie to her. Suddenly, I sense her intense gaze boring into my eyes. It's almost like she's mesmerized. "Um, Sasha?" She snaps out of her previous state.

"Oh, sorry," She chuckles. "It's just that I only now realized how unique your eyes are."

I freeze. Is she hinting at something?

"Yeah? What are they like?" I hesitantly ask.

"It's almost like they're misted over, if that makes sense at all. They look dull, as if you haven't used them in years. I don't know. They're really unique and cool." Sasha slumps back, petting her horse, Potato.

I sigh in relief, but I know Sasha is probably suspecting something. Believe it or not, she's smart (at least when her and Connie don't make the dumbest duo I know), and her hunting instincts come in handy quite often.

Not gonna lie, Sasha and Potato make a smarter duo than Sasha and Connie.

Im not sure how that works but it does.

"Can you move at all?" Sasha asks. I shake my head. "Alright. I'll help you and we can get back to the others. Don't want them leaving without us!" I nod. She puts an arm around my waist and slings my arm over her shoulders, walking me over to Potato. Then, she helps me onto her horse and gets on herself.

As we gallop towards the others, I try to get a sense of what's happening. It looks like all the titans aren't attacking us anymore.

That's suspicious. (y'all probably already know how i said this in my head).

After a few minutes of trying to find the others, we spot them.

"There!" I say, pointing in the direction. Sasha urges Potato to go a little faster. I can hear Connie freaking out about where Sasha and I are. So are Jean and the others.

"Maybe they died." Levi states, rather blandly if I do say so myself. But, I know Levi doesn't believe that because he has faith in the Levi squad.

Or should I say, Levi duo.

It's not much of a 'squad' anymore.

"For the last time, THEY DIDNT DIE!" Eren yells, the others nodding in agreement.

"Then shut up and believe in them you morons."

"BUT THEY'RE NOT HERE!"

"Then maybe they died."

"THEY DIDNT DIE!"

Why am I friends with them again? I am honestly rethinking my life decisions right now.

"Eren, calm down!" Mikasa says, seeming panicked.

"Oh look! They're here!" Armin says, pointing at us.

At least there's one sane person in that group.

"I TOLD YOU THEY WERE STILL ALIVE!"

"And I told you to shut up. So shut up before I make you run laps." Levi says, scoffing and rolling his eyes. Sasha is chuckling at the whole ordeal and I let a small smile slip onto my face. Eren immediately shuts up as Sasha and I dismount Potato. We immediately get bombarded by questions.

"Oi, brats. You can ask them when we get back inside the walls. Be patient for once." Levi ushers them away, and I mount Trigger after thanking Sasha and Potato.

("Oh, it was nothing!" Sasha had said.
"No! How can I repay you?" I asked.
"You don't have to do anything!" Then, she put on a pondering face expression. I sighed.
"What do you want."
"Can you get me some potatoes?" she sheepishly asked.
"Yeah yeah, whatever.")
