"Sir, are you aware I'm a dumbass? Cute but dumb."
———"(M/N), we have gone over this but you are not that dumb." Lisa said.
Lisa made a quick move to grab (M/N) by his skin under his hair, at his neck. She pulled on it and obediently, (M/N) went docile in her grip. He was discontent but didn't complain much. She used this method to get her point across since it was one of the few ways to make (M/N) listen. Eventually, she let go of his skin so he could get away from her while rubbing the back of his neck.
It was when the two had a stare off did they hear the whole city rejoicing.
Both of them stopped the stare-off, to peak out of the window. Lisa was able to witness that the traveller was back. She turned to her disciple of sorts, giving him an order to head to the restaurant. Reluctantly, he gave her a hug before leaving, words of self care being reminded to her. She took her usual seat in her corner of the library, sighing heavily, before continuing to read her book.
That's when she heard footsteps coming before the door opened. It was her cutie, Jean.
"Oh, you're back so soon? I would've thought it would take longer to beat a dragon."
For once, Lisa was the one met with a kiss to her lips. It greatly shocked her. Not that she minded.
Back with (M/N), who had passed Jean in the hallways briefly. He let her go see Lisa first since those two were lovers. He definitely did not want to be there when they have sex till they pass out. He headed to the tavern that was instructed, spotting Diluc, traveller and Kaeya. (M/N) saw the latter of the two joking around as they got food with Amber. Diluc was there talking to Charles while Venti was playing a tune from upstairs. He decided to see the bard.
"You look depressed..." (M/N) stated.
"Oh do I? I feel rather fine, better than before." Venti muttered, holding his lyre.
Venti saw (M/N) leave before hearing some muttering and the following shuffling up the stair. Two bottles of dandelion wine was put in front of him. He wasn't expecting the cheery glint in (M/N)'s eyes when he was pulled out of the chair. Diluc looked bewildered as (M/N) thanked them and left, maybe because Venti was swung over (M/N)'s shoulder. When Charles counted the money, it was twice the payment needed. Diluc let out a sigh before wondering what (M/N) was up to.
"May I know where we're going on this day? Because you aren't telling me the way." Venti asked, swinging his legs.
"You like the trees right? We'll go to trees near my place." (M/N) said as he continued running.
That was the story of how Venti struggled in (M/N)'s grip, where he was carried all the way to the place they first met. It was shocking even for an archon like Venti to see how fast (M/N) was compared to an average humans. However, (M/N) was very careful to put him down, handling him like glass. He didn't like being taken pity on. Well, that was until the other popped the bottle of Dandelion wine and gave it to Venti. He left the unopened bottle by their sides on the ground. In between them.
"Drink. I'll make sure you don't drink too much." (M/N) smiled.
"Oh, you don't need to worry about me hitting my limit." Venti lied slightly. He had not eaten yet so he would get drunk very quickly.
