Aspen walked into the kitchen. It was morning and she was the only one awake. When Aspen got into the kitchen, she stopped and a look of fear took over her expression. Her eyes turned frosty blue.
"What are you doing here?" Aspen asked.
"Aspen", Gatlin said.
"Help!" Aspen shouted as she ran out of the kitchen.
"Aspen, wait!" Gatlin shouted as he ran after her.
"J.A.R.V.I.S, tell everyone to get their asses out of bed! There's an intruder!" Aspen shouted.
Gatlin grabbed Aspen from behind her and carried her into the living room. Aspen screamed.
When they got into the living room, Pietro was asleep on the couch. Aspen's screams woke him up.
Next thing they know, Pietro has his hand on Gatlin's throat and Aspen sat on the couch, breathing heavily.
Steve, Tony and Natasha ran into the room.
"You've got to be shitting me", Tony said.

The Avengers were in the living room, looking at Gatlin.
"No one knows the true name of this man, but we call him the Black Skull", Gatlin explained.
"Like Red Skull?" Natasha asked.
"Black Skull is worse", Gatlin said.
"What does he want with Aspen?" Tony asked.
"He wants Aspen. He wants her to become a Black Skull", Gatlin said.
"He wants to make her evil", Peter said.
"You came to us for help? I'm surprised you care. You made it obvious that you don't give a damn about her", Natasha said.
"Revera cares about her. So we came to you".
"Nice to know that you care", Aspen said sarcastically.
"Revera? Aspen's aunt?" Steve asked.
"Oh, I forgot to tell you", Thadden said. "I saw her downstairs in the training room, kicking someone's ass. I know her well. I'd hate to be that person".
Cal came into the room, breathing heavily. "There's a woman downstairs. I don't know who she is, but she kicked my ass hard", Cal said.
Everyone looked at Thadden. "I probably should've told you sooner", he said.
Everyone ran to the training room. When they got there, there was a woman, fighting with a few S.H.E.I.L.D agents.
When she had finished, she turned around and looked at everyone.

"Everyone meet Revera Petrova", Thadden said.
Revera looked at Aspen. She looks at Gatlin. "Is this her?" Revera asked. Gatlin nodded. Revera looks at Aspen.

Revera and Aspen sat across from each other in the interrogation room. They were both in silence. Finally, Revera said, "I know you must hate me. I know Gatlin is a horrible father and I stood beside him, but I'm trying to right my wrongs now".
Aspen doesn't say anything. "Do you want to kill me?" She finally asked.
"I never wanted to kill you", Revera said.
"My father seems to hate me", Aspen said.
"He hasn't had a father to sent an example. Not that it's an excuse".
"It's not", Aspen said. "Tell me about yourself".
Thadden came into the room. "I've got a description. She's boy crazy and she loves to seduce them. I think they all died in cold blood, but don't take my word for it. Ask your aunt", he said.
"I was doing my job", Revera says.
"Really? You're not pregnant, are you?"
"Will you shut up? I don't give a damn if you're my grandfather or great grandfather. I am trying to have a word with my niece", Revera says.
Natasha opened the door. "Thadden, get your ass in here", she said. Thadden walked towards her. "You are unbelievable".
"Tell me something I don't know", Thadden said.
"Your fly is down", Natasha said before she closed the door.
Revera looked at Aspen. "He needs help", Aspen and Revera said in union. They smiled at each other and laughed.
"Can you tell me about her? My mother?" Aspen asked.
"My big sister. Who I looked up to", Revera said. "Reyna-Rey, is what I called her-She was the prettiest woman I ever knew. And very kind. She always believed in me, you know. Even when I didn't believe in myself".
"She sounds amazing", Aspen said.
"Yeah", Revera said. She quickly wiped away a tear that was streaming down her face. "I understand if you don't trust me. But you are my niece, Aspen. And I promised to look after you".
