A Shift Between Dimensions

Fire Fall

Kakashi could hear the music long before he reached his apartment the night before Melissa and Iruka's marriage.  He had been called into a meeting about some unusual activity going on around the village. His brows rose on their own accord as he realized it was coming from his apartment.  It was a fast paced song in a language he did not recognize.  He landed on his balcony, having taken the rooftops to avoid anyone slowing him down on his way home.  It had just about killed him having to sit through that meeting.  All he wanted to do was spend time with Sarah since it was her day off and instead, he had to sit through hours of talks about what should be done.

As he opened the doors, he stopped as he watched Sarah dancing around the kitchen as she cooked a meal with her back to him.  She was moving her hips in such a sensual way to the song that he instantly was hard watching her.  She was obviously having fun and every time the song would go "Boom Boom" she would thrust her hips forward like she did when he allowed her to take control on top while making love.  It was the sexiest thing he had ever witnessed and he quietly shut the door to watch her uninterrupted.

She was singing loudly as well and while most of it was on point, every so often she would hit a note that was a little off.  "Despacito...Quiero respirar tu cuello despacito Deja que te diga cosas al oido Para que te acuerdes si no estás conmigo Despacito..."  Sarah turned at that moment and froze as she saw him.  Her cheeks turned very red and she quickly shut the music off on her phone.

"How long have you been standing there?" she asked with almost a squeak to her voice.

Kakashi grinned at her as he pulled his mask off, "Long enough.  What language is that?"

"Spanish," she got a little redder.  "It's a rather... hot song when you look up the lyrics in English."

Kakashi started pulling his vest off then his shirt followed.  Her eyes widened as she watched him.  "Oh, it's definitely hot..."

"Now Kakashi... I need to finish dinner..."

"I'm famished," he responded while pulling his belt off in a way that had her biting her lower lip as he came towards her. He turned all the burners off before grabbing her up and hauling off to the bed.  She giggled as he nuzzled her neck.  "You got some killer moves, baby girl.  You're lucky I kept my hands to myself as long as I did."

"Kakashi..." she said softly as he started stripping her while kissing her neck.  "I love you."

He smiled against her neck, "I know."

Sarah wanted to say more but he was doing that magic he did and she was lost as he loved on her.  She lay silently afterwards as he dozed a bit, his arm flung across his eyes.  She glanced over at him, trying hard to not feel a little bit of the emotional pain that was tugging at her heart.  "I know" was vibrating in her mind.  She had been debating for a while whether or not to say the words that had been on her heart for a while now.  Since moving in with him, they had not had one hiccup in their relationship.  It was a rather playful relationship with some really hot interludes like what had just taken place.

She swung her legs over the side of the bed and went to the restroom to clean up a bit before going back to the cooking she had been doing when he had shown up to her little performance.  She finished up the meal, casting a glance to where he was sleeping.  She gave a soft sigh, made herself a plate, then went out on the balcony to watch the village as she ate.  Normally she would have waited for him but she was starving and... "I know."

She had hoped that he would tell her the same.  He certainly loved on her like he loved her but... "I know."  She frowned again.  That hurt, it really did.  She set the now empty plate to the side on the small table and put her feet on the railing as she stared at the mountain in the distance with his image on it.  What should she expect really?  He was Kakashi Hatake, Lord Sixth, and she was really no one.  Never had been anyone of special significance.  He obviously took delight in her body but his heart... that was no mans territory.  He would not give up his heart easily, especially with all the trauma and PTSD he has had in life.  She blinked back the tears threatening to fall and cleared her throat as she heard him approaching from inside.  He gave her a slight smile as he sat down in the chair next to her, a plate of food in his hand.
