The One - Newt x Reader Book 2

Sorry for being inactive, I have been going through a lot lately lol.

Lmao n e ways.

I am currently picking up where I left off. I haven't been writing consistently but I plan on doing that now.

Now, for the moment you all have been begging for...

I AM ABOUT TO RELEASE BOOK 3.

Book 3 will be released in just a few minutes, actually. I plan on having a schedule though, as it is not completely done - I am only about halfway done with it at the moment.

Once it is released, I will go through the comment sections on the previous few chapters and notify a few of my readers who asked to be notified or voiced their excitement for book 3.

I actually read through the other two books to refresh my memory on the smaller details and all of that. For those of you who have asked, no, the dog did not survive.

I originally had her written to escape with the gang, but that complicated the storyline and made things more difficult.

For example:

How did they run with her?

How did she get past grievers?

Where did she stay in Wicked?

How did they get her out of Wicked?

How did that poor dog survive the scorch?

So many questions, you know? I assumed it complicated things too much and wrote her out (so I thought).

It turns out, I missed a bunch of spots where she was supposed to be written out. If you guys really want, I can find a way to write her into book 3.

Here are my ideas for that:

She followed behind Gally but nobody noticed. Gally convinced the people who took him in to take her with them. (For my Gally lovers)

She found her own little way out of the maze and wandered the Scorch. The Right Arm found her and took her in.

Wicked pulled her out of the maze after everything went downhill. They continued to test on her and Y/N finds her when she is in headquarters.

Wicked pulled her out of the maze after everything went downhill and continued testing on her. While searching for Y/n and Minho, the rescue crew finds her and leaves her with Gally while Newt and Thomas look for Y/n.

Wicked pulled her out of the maze after everything went downhill and decided they didn't need her anymore. Instead, they took their tracking device out of her and gave her to Teresa. When Teresa is walking Emmy one night, that is when Thomas and the others find her and take her. This is my personal favorite.

ALSO!

With my rekindled interest in the maze runner and Newt, I am trying to shift the my TMR DR again. For a while now, I have been trying to shift the my MCU DR. But I opened Wattpad to clear my notifications and I saw my book. I went back and read the other chapters, wrote a new chapter on book 3, and became obsessed with Newt once more.

I do have a boyfriend, so I had to script that my DR and relationship with Newt wouldn't effect my CR at all. I also scripted that I can waterbend and that Newt doesn't die lol.

Any other suggestions for my TMR script? No? Aight then lol.
