Sasuke stood frozen as he looked at the bodies of his friends being stepped on like they're nothing. Yagura threw Shikamaru's limp body to the side and walked down to the ground, stepping on a different person every time.

Sasuke's emotions were flaring, but he still couldn't move. Yagura took his hooked staff and got ready to swing it, and send Sasuke flying away. The staff hit, but not Sasuke. It hit a purple ribcage-like structure that appeared out of nowhere.

'His susano'o?' Yagura thought,

Sasuke let out a scream as he activated his ems and more of the susano'o. He jumped forward, grabbing Yagura by the neck with his bare hand, and carrying him to the center of the village, which was slightly more open. He threw Yagura into the ground, which didn't affect him, since he got up without a scratch.

"Are you mad at me?" Yagura asked mockingly. Sasuke just ignored him and jumped towards him, with his susano'o now having a sword in hand. Yagura held his staff up high to block and it barely blocked it. He was sent flying back even further.

Sasuke caught up to him in the blink of an eye and swung the giant sword down, crashing Yagura into the ground. The dust cleared, and Sasuke saw that his sword connected with a big mound of coral. 'His kekkei genkai. It's stronger than what I thought it was.' Sasuke thought to himself.

Yagura's kekkei is called Sangoton, or coral release. It allows its user to sprout tough coral from anywhere that their chakra is connected with. Sasuke had been told of this technique from Mei when he first joined, since they both knew that he'd end up fighting the sanbi at some point.

Sasuke jumped back and created the entire upper half of his skeletal susano'o. With a sword in each hand, he got ready to fight.

Dark red chakra started bubbling out from the coral, making it start to crack. It eventually exploded, sending coral everywhere, which sprouted more coral in each spot the chunks landed in.

Sasuke saw this and dodged all the pieces that came flying towards him. But while he was dodging, he failed to notice in time that Yagura was now covered in red and black bijuu chakra, had 3 tails, and looked like a small sanbi.

Yagura was the one who charged Sasuke this time, dragging him through the village, and eventually out of it. Here, Yagura was free to do as he pleased. He created a water clone and sent it to the treeline without Sasuke noticing it.

Sasuke got up and recreated his skeletal susano'o, ready to fight again. He ran up and swung his sword down, hitting one of Yagura's tails. He exited his susano'o, making it disappear, and was about to pierce his shell with his chidori. He wasn't blocked, but he was smacked by one of the other tails into the ground. Hard.

Sasuke ran through the dust that came up when he hit the ground with another chidori crackling in his hand. He moved as fast as he could behind Yagura and ran towards him. Despite the speed, Yagura saw him, and the clone Sasuke didn't see showed up and created a mirror with his water. He grabbed the top of the mirror, with the hook end of his staff and pulled down towards himself. As he did, another Sasuke came flying out with the chidori activated.

The two Sasuke's clashed their chidori together, creating a flash of light and sent lightning scattering everywhere. After an explosion that sent the two backwards, they engaged in taijutsu, but since they were the same person, they just canceled each other out with everything that tried to do. Sasuke knew that fighting himself was futile, so he tried running to where Yagura was, who was running in a different direction.

Sasuke took his sword out and prepared to stab Yagura, but was blocked by the second Sasuke. They were in a struggle to gain the upper hand. They both used amaterasu control to try to burn each other, but the flames canceled each other out and spread out instead of forward.
