39 - Something Worth Killing

Madara in his susano'o, and Naruto in his Kurama avatar rushed towards each other at insane speeds for things being so big. They both sent a punch towards each other, and both punched each other in the face, creating a shockwave, but neither of them moved from it.

-with Shikamaru-

To say everyone was left speechless would be an understatement, nobody knew what to even think about what they were seeing. Except for one person: Shikamaru.

'I knew he was a jinchuriki, but was he a perfect one? What is this form, and why doesn't any other jinchuriki have something like that? Is it just because the kyubi is so much stronger, or something else?' As rounds of questions were firing off in his head, he received a signal from his father.

"What the hell is going on over there?" Shikaku asked. "Well...Naruto's alive and is fighting Madara right now." Shikamaru explained.

"Wait, he is? I knew it! But is he using the kyubi's power right now, or is Madara doing something big right now?" Shikaku asked in a slightly worried tone. "Yeah, you could say that. Madara is using his susano'o, and Naruto...I don't even know. I think he might be a perfect jinchuriki because he's using the kyubi's power without losing control at all. Why do you ask though."

"I guess that explains it, because we're getting a reading that a MASSIVE power just appeared, and I want to know who or what it might be, and if it's friendly or not." Shikaku said. He got this reading by using a device that uses multiple sensory ninja to create a model of the world out of water that detects chakra levels, and showcases them in bubbles and ripples. The larger the bubble, the larger the power level someone has. And in this case, the model was showing a bubble that was 1/4 the size of the earth. The ratio of how much of it Naruto and Madara were each contributing to it they didn't know. But if Shikaku was a betting man, he would bet that the majority of it was from Naruto

(I don't know if that's how it exactly worked in the anime and manga but that's how I'm gonna make it work here)

"That makes sense, especially if Naruto really is a perfect jinchuriki. I'll keep you updated on who's winning." Shikamaru said. As he said this, the kyubi avatar sent an uppercut into the susano'o's stomach, sending Madara flying upward. "But I'm confident that Naruto has this in the bag."

-back to the fight-

As Madara was in the air, all of his limbs were grabbed by Kurama's tails, keeping him there. Naruto held Madara up right above him as he charged up a biju-bomb. Madara saw this and jumped from his susano'o, making it dissipate, and fell towards where Naruto was. Madara pulled out the Uchiwa fan and swung down towards Kurama's head, sending a large gust of wind slicing through it.

Naruto jumped from inside Kurama's head while dodging the attack, and created a rasengan. He shot his palm forward and the rasengan clashed with Madara's fan, creating another shockwave in the process. Madara quickly realized that his defense with the fan meant nothing to Naruto, so he leaned back with the momentum of the attack, letting Naruto pass him.

While Naruto was above Madara now, he changed his rasengan to the rasenshuriken and threw it at Madara at full speed, sending Madara to the ground several times faster than sound. When the attack hit the ground, the rasenshuriken expanded and created a dome of pure wind, that sliced up anything in its radius, including Madara.

Naruto landed a few meters from the edge of the dome, still covered in the chakra cloak. A few seconds later, the dome dissipated, and Naruto looked at the damage, he saw the fan was still intact and mostly undamaged, but Madara was a different story. Only pieces of him remained and were scattered everywhere within the crater.
