Finding the real Tony Stark

Chapter 11

Tony stands infront of the mirror brushing his teeth, clearly he just got out the shower as he only had a towel around his waist.

Many people blushed and got butterflies. Who knew teen Tony Stark. Correction Tony Stark would have abs. Such a nice toned body🤤

"Aw come on!" They hear Rhodey shout from behind the curtains.
"I swear to god man you used all the hot water! I'm never letting you shower first."

"Hey s'not my fault they got shit plumbing."
He said walking to his dresser. All of a sudden Nat came out the window startling Tony making him drop the the floor clutching his chest.

"Geez nat! Give a guy a warning. You have got to stop doing that"

Most people laughed at this.

"Nice to see you too dork." She snickered before plopping down on the bed looking around the room.

"Disgusting..." she mumbled.
"Of course it is" Peggy rolls her eyes.
"Anthony always hated cleaning" Jarvis smiled.
"Oh that reminds me!" He jumps up exited as if a lightbulb just lit up in his head. He jumps over to his desk making sure the towel doesn't fall off.

This made people smile. He wasn't happy a lot and well when he was he was like a puppy.

"I.. made you something." He grabs her hand and puts something in it.
"A walkie-talkie with a screen...?"
Tony facepalms.
"It's a new version of a mobile. So we can communicate no matter how far you are. You could be in Russia and we could still talk."

"So romantic" someone said.

"This is awesome!"she throws her arms around his broadish shoulders.

People just gape.
"He made.... a phone that's like almost as good as an iPod touch or something back then!? That's like... the first phone or something I swear they just had landlines or something!?" Peter said.

"Not quiet we were pretty advanced." Peggy giggled. She decided she liked the spider boy.

"Still freaks me out." Sam said to Bucky.
"The spider kid."
Bucky just nodded looking interested in the device.

"What to advanced for you grandpa?" Sam joked.
"Shut up" Bucky smiled slightly and punched Sam in the arm.
"Hey! I ain't no damn super soldier you can't go round punching me."

"Can I not? Try me birdy"

"I've got one as well" he picks an identical one off his bedside.
"I should probably get dressed." He stands up and grabs some boxers and sweats.

He looks at Nat expecting something. He wants to get dressed but keeps looking at her.
"You not gonna like turn...?"
She smiles, "nothing I haven't seen before Stark" He turns around ready to go to the bathroom when his back becomes exposed and everyone can see whip marks and cuts. His back was all red and covered in them.

"Now that's something I havent seen before..." By now everyone knew Howard abused Tony in some way. But this.... this was pretty brutal. the cuts were mostly horizontal but afew were rouge and the whip marks were all in one direction.

Everyone but Tony's family and really close friends burst into chatter.

"What the hell!?" Steve shouts.

Howard was put in some sort of bubble so nobody could attack him.... just yet.

The women in Tony's life were all in tears remembering these events they were the only ones there to comfort him.

"I could see some faint scars but when I confronted him he said it was afganistan..."
"Ok can someone please tell me why the hell AfGaNiStAn is related to Tony in any way!!!?" Peggy shouted.

The avengers were debating who should tell when Pepper got up with a fustrated sigh.

"long story short... He went for a weapons demonstration but on the way back got blow up... sort off. A shit load of shrapnel got in his chest giving him the arc reactor. He was held captive in a cave for 3 months and made a less advanced suit like the one you saw earlier with the scraps he got given. He escaped but nobody knew about the suit. He went back to those terrorists and destroyed all the weapons and saved families. He had no idea that the company was double dealing because someone close that he thought he could trust did it." She sighed and sat down.

Her new boyfriend gave her a hug while she cried silently.

"Thank you mis Potts. Dont worry you will all see the long story eventually. Nobody really knows what happened in there"

Nat reached her hand out to trace one. He flinched but didn't move. Fact he leaned into her touch before turning around. She looked at him worried until she whispered, "How long..." He didnt reply at first but then said, "For as long as I can remember" she threw herself at him, wrapping her arms around his neck. He instantly wrapped his around her waist and put his face on her shoulder then neck.

"I'm sorry." They both said at the same time.
"What are you sorry for?" Nat asks rubbing his back with one hand while the other plays with his hair on the back of his head.

"For showing weakness. Stark men don't cry" he said in a robotic tone like he's heard that a million times and has been forced to repeat like a robot.
"That's fucked up man..." someone said
"Tony you have nothing to be sorry for. I'm a trained assassin that has no feeling but... you just, I don't know make them come out. It's okay to cry you're human."

"No I'm not...ima monster." He mumbled. Nat laid down on her back ,so Tony was on top of her clinging on like a koala, then rested her cheek on top of his head in his fluffy ass hair. 🤤

"Anthony Edward Stark!" He looks up at her with these beautiful cute hazel puppy eyes.

"I know that tone way to good man..."
"He should just peg it now" lots of men groaned. If she uses your full name most likely you should run.

They were all wet from the tears and left tear marks on his cheeks. He looked a little alarmed as she used his full name and flinched when she moved her hands towards his face.

He should let go... she's going to hurt him. But he can't, he doesn't want to. Instead of hitting him she takes his face in her hands, holding each cheek and says, "never, ever, ever ever say that again. You are NOT a monster okay? You are amazing Tony. You're the best person I've ever met you're brilliant. Don't let Howard control you. Yes at times he will but you're not a monster because of it he is, not you."

She pressed a light kiss to his forehead then let's him reach up and kiss her on the lips. It wasn't heated like they want sex just a comforting kiss. After Tony pulled apart he moved his body between her legs and put his face on her stomach.

A/N: hey guys again tysm for staying sorry it took ages I literally have the sentences in my head and I open this story ready to write but then I'm like... nah. And I can't be arsed so I go onto tiktok and watch rdj or read other fanfics ya know. So later I'm thinking of a Steve hate thing of all the bad things he's done to Tony as an avenger, then a Hulk appreciation so Hulk is protective of Tony or baby's him. Acts like a human. Then a pepper and Tony fanfic of her maybe looking after Tony and them being cute. :) I was gonna say something else but I forgot so bu bye you amazing people! 😘
