"Bakit nandito ka pa?"sarkasmong saad ng isang tinig.

"Raven,"marahas ngunit kalmadong boses na napakapamilyar sa'kin.

"Why? He should've been in jail right now, Mr. Israel."

"Calm down will you? We still didn't know his side and besides you're the best friend here right? Aren't you suppose to be on his side?"sarkastikong tanong naman ni Papa.

Hindi ko maigalaw ang mga binti ko. Namamanhid na parang wala akong maramdaman. Tinubuan ako ng kaba hindi para sa sarili kundi para sa anak. Ilang segundong walang nagsasalita ngunit may naramdaman akong humawak ng kamay ko at maharan itong hinahaplos. That touch makes myself feel better because I know I've long for this since yesterday.

"He did something horrible to your daughter Sir and you still want to know his side?"

"Enough Raven,"maawtoridad na ani ni Raven, "Words aren't enough to prove my innocence but don't worry Tito. I'm working on it."

Ang boses nito ay may halong galit ngunit napaka-kalmado ng bawat bigkas nito. Unti-unti kong minulat ang mga mata ko at nakitang apat lamang kaming nandito sa apat na sulok ng kwarto.  My Raven was on my side looking at Papa who was sitting on the couch while Xonne was on the close door standing. Namumula ang mukha nito sa galit while Papa ang Raven were calm.

"Yeah right. How about you work on it while you're in prison?"

"Ako ang magdedesisyon para sa anak ko sa usaping ito. You're out of the picture here."tila napupunong saad ni Daddy.

"To late Sir."

"No,"mahinang saad ko. My voice was raspy and I couldn't barely said the word properly yet Raven immediately look at my side.

"Raven..."I saw his eyes moisten' and his nose turned red.

"Baby. How are you feeling?"He said calmly.

"Asan...asan ang anak natin?"I asked while touching my tummy. Please! Don't tell me something that could possibly break me.

"He's safe baby. Our baby is safe. I will do everything just to save our family,"saad nito habang hinalikhalikan ang mga kamay ko.

Lumuluhang pinanuod ko ito at hindi alintana ang taong nanunood sa amin. Ang sakit na makitang lumuluha ang taong kahit kailan ay hindi mo nakitang nagpakita ng kahinaan.

"Serene, I'm sorry. I'm so sorry baby. I wasn't on your side when you need me the most."

"It's alright Raven. You're here now. I couldn't ask for more,"I gently whispered to him.

"What are you two doing?"Sabat ni Xonne.

"Have you forgotten everything Serene? Dahil kung 'Oo'ay ipapaalala ko sa'yo," saad nito na puno ng hinanakit.

"Raven that's enough. Let my daughter rest."

"No! I want her to remember everything just happened. Remember Serene that you almost lost your child but Raven wasn't even there! Remember who's fault is it reason why you almost lost your child! And remember the documents and the person's name that written on that gaddamn paper reason why you are here! Almost lost your child! Please, fucking remember that!"halos maglabasan ang ugat sa leeg ni Xonne ng sambitin nito iyon.

I know...pero napagtanto kong mas malaki pala ang tiwala ko sa taong mahal ko kesa sa dokumentong iyon. Magsasalita na sana ako ng may kumatok sa pinto. I looked at Raven who still standing on my side calmy. Nag-isang linya ang mga labi nito at kunot na kunot ang noo habang nakatingin kay Xonne.

Bumungad sa amin ang tatlong pulis. Bumilis ang tibok ng puso ko at humigpit ang hawak sa kamay ni Raven.

"Mr. Raven Del Russo?"

"It's me,"Raven's baritone voice filled the four corners.

"There is a warrant out for your arrest. You have the right to remain silent. If you do say anything, what you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to consult with a lawyer and have that lawyer present during any questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you if you so desire."saad ng pulis.

Isang pulis ang lumapit kay Raven habang mayroong hawak na posas. I glared at Xonne and turned my eyes to the pulis.

"Stop!-"Naramdaman ko ang kamay ni Raven na marahang pinipisil ang kamay ko.

"It's alright, baby. I'll prove them wrong. I love you so much,"saad nito at hinalikan ang noo ko.

He walked pass to the pulis at nakipag-usap sa pulis na nasa gitna kanina. I was hoping that he will look at me before he go but he didn't. Naglakad itong walang posas at nakasunod ang tatlong pulis dito. I couldn't breathe. My eyes became blurry because of the tears that won't even stop.

"The fuck is wrong with you?!"galit na galit na ani ni Daddy ang huli kong narinig bago ako nawalan ng malay.
