45 : Break the bridge.

"I do not want to talk to any of you."

The maknaes stood in Maya's hotel room, the girl sitting on the bed, arms crossed against her chest.

Even after the emotional moment at the award show, she still didn't let her anger die down.

"We want to apologize.." Jungkook said in a small voice.

Maya, Jimin and Hoseok were the scariest members when they got angry, the difference was that Maya scared Yoongi himself, which was a huge achievement.

She scoffed, laughing nervously.

"You." She pointed Jungkook with her finger. "Always mess up and then come crying at my feet because you regret it or some bullshit."

"I know but-"

"You." She cut him off, pointing at Taehyung. "Always pull a tantrum like a four years-old whenever something bothers you."

Taehyung sighed, rolling his head.

What could he say ? She was speaking the truth.

"And you." She pointed at Jimin.

"What did I even-"

"You're always trying to manipulate me into something, claiming it's 'for one day' to try to do the same shit every fucking day, what is wrong with the three of you ?" She asked, clearly still upset, and for the good reasons.

"You're dating one of my friends !" Jungkook defended himself.

"I dated the three of you and you're best friends, your argument isn't valuable."

"Yeah but I told them-"

"For fuck's sake you cannot control people Jungkook-ah !" She raised her voice at him, making him gulp. "For umpteenth time, I'm not dating him, we went on a date, that's it ! You always claim you want to see me happy, but when I do something that makes me happy you get upset, life doesn't work like that ! And I'm also talking to you Taehyung-Oppa." She turned to said male.

"Me ? What do I have to do with Jungkook's lack of maturity ?" He asked, pointing at himself with his mouth agape of disbelief.

"The fact that you dissed him when I'm talking to you just shows that you also lack of maturity." She started. "You cannot just give me the silent treatment because something I did isn't alright for you, and I'm talking to all of you when I'm asking why the hell can't you accept that I'm moving on ?!"

They didn't answer, quite intimidated by the five foot three woman sitting in front of them, scolding them like a mom would.

"You're all grown when it's about fucking, yet you're all fucking infants when it comes to understand simple things like this." She continued.

"What do I have to do with that ? I don't do things like that." Jimin spoke up.

Maya scoffed.

"No you don't, you're actually a grown adult that thinks he's slick by saying 'let's cuddle for one day, just one day' and then proceeds to prolongate that to every fucking day !"

Jimin quickly shut his mouth, his sneaky ways exposed.

"Jungkook-ah."

The maknae lifted his head, looking at her while chewing his bottom lip nervously.

"Open your ears wide because I won't repeat that, I can date whoever the fuck I want and feel comfortable with, your friend, your neighbor, your dad or even almighty God, I have the right to take a liking in anyone I want, and your friends can too.. What am I ? An object you can just claim as yours ?"

"But Noona~" He whined.

"Man up for a second !" She cut off his act, making him indeed cut it really quickly.

"Taehyung-Oppa."

He looked at her, waiting for her to speak.

"You're going to stop being childish and giving me the silent treatment whenever I do something I chose to do as a grown twenty-two year old woman, because I'm about to flush the toilet with all the shit you're pulling really soon ! I'm always patient with you because I know you can be possessive, but you can't be possessive of something that isn't yours in the first place."

"You were once mine." He argued.

"You said it yourself I was, but not anymore. I'm getting to know someone that I appreciate, I said countless times that I do not want a polyamorous relationship anymore, and I precise that if I don't take the three of you, I take none, no matter how much you try to twist it, which brings me to the third culprit, Jimin-Oppa."

Jimin took a deep breath, looking at her with a gulp.

"When I said I don't want a relationship anymore, I mean it. If you come to my dorm once more to try to act like a whole boyfriend, I won't even open the door you hear me ? There are thousands of girls out there, let me breathe."

They all stayed silent, processing her words.

"..You told Jungkook that he can't control people, you can't force us to stop loving you neither." Taehyung said.

"But you can stop harassing me." She answered in an irritated tone. "I'm okay with being friends with you, after all we're still tied together by the group, but understand that there's a line I don't want you to cross."

Jungkook scratched his head.

"Yeah I get that, but is it really what you want or do you do that because you feel like it's right ?" He asked. "I hear you Noona, but I don't want you to just pretend you don't have feelings anymore, everyone in this room know you do."

She chuckled nervously, holding her head in her hand which kind of scared them that she might start yelling at them.

"Jungkook-ah, what I want is always right, do you get it ?" She asked with a smile on her face, a light scoff in her voice.

She was tired of that, tired of them.

"Do I have feelings ? Yes of course, but I can control them."

"You can't control your feelings Maya-yah." Jimin said with a sigh.

She shrugged in response, not wanting to give them something that could be seen as a path to her.

If they build a bridge, break it, if they have airplanes, build a dome.

"Think about what I just said, now I'll ask you to politely go back to your respective rooms, I want to get some sleep."
