"I'm sorry, Albus," Sirius said, "Yes, she lived here, but she hasn't talked to Harry much, I assure you."

"Something I'm still not happy about!" Amelia snarled. She was pretty good at acting if she said so herself. Something that came with being a Slytherin, "And, I'm sorry, but I am not leaving."

"How do we know you won't go tell your friends who will, in turn, tell Voldemort?"

Amelia almost growled, "I'll even join the Order if you want to know where my true allegiance is."

"Repeat after me, then," Dumbledore said after a few minutes of contemplation, "'I, your full name, swear by my magic that I will try to protect Harry James Potter with my life and help the Order of Phoenix. So mote it be.'"

Amelia sneered. "I, Amelia Bellona Snape, swear by my magic that I will protect Harry James Potter from harm and abuse as I join the Order of Phoenix. So mote it be." Blueish silver light surrounded Amelia and it was official.

Dumbledore sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. "The other Order members will be here soon. I have told the Public that Voldemort is back, but they refuse to believe it."

"Of course they do," Amelia said quietly as she rolled her eyes.

Just then, the floo roared, and out came that boy Fleur was going on and on about the last time she saw her. Ah, true love.

When he saw her, he did a double-take. "Amelia?"

"It's Professor Snape to you, Mr. Weasley," she said, grinning.

Bill Weasley shook his head, "Hello, Professor! Oh, and...Black." They gave their salutations. "I didn't think I'd see you here."

"I didn't think I'd see you here. I thought you were in Egypt?"

"War and all that," Bill waved it off, "Applied for a desk job here."

Amelia sighed dramatically, putting a hand on her forehead, "The sacrifices we make for...true love!" She whispered the last part and grinned at the now red-eared boy. "Yeah, I know. Sorry I couldn't really talk to you last year."

She started to walk away and was already out of the room when Bill yelled, "You can't just say that and walk away!"

"If you want a competent Professor for DADA, just ask me," Amelia said, examining her nails. They were talking about how the Ministry was providing a teacher for that post, "I mean, I've already taught Potions. What's the harm?"

"Well—"

The floo roared again and six voices could be heard.

"The Weasleys," Dumbledore smiled and got up while Amelia mentally groaned. But she also got up and went to meet them.

Well, she saw the twins first.

"Anything I should be wary of, boys?" she asked, arms crossed, leaning on the wall.

They turned and grinned at her.

"Well, you—"

"—might not—"

"—want to eat—"

"—the rolls tonight!"

Amelia laughed, "Maybe I'll give Severus one! Then he'll..." she trailed off when she saw Arthur and Molly Weasley standing behind the twins.

The twins also turned.

"Mum—"

"—Dad—"

"—This is—"

"No, Fred, I think they—"

"—Know, each other, yeah—"

"BYE!" They said together and left.

Weasley (Arthur) scratched the back of his neck as Prewett (Molly) tried for a smile.

"Listen, we are sorry," Weasley said, "For everything we did—"

"Stop," Amelia held a hand up, "Okay, look, I know and understand. You were young and dumb, blinded by a century-long hatred. I forgave you both long ago."

"You did?"

"Of course!" Amelia said, "If you can raise children as amazing as your twins or Bill, then of course you aren't the same people that I knew."

Amelia turned and walked away, wondering if they noticed that she called them old and dumb.

A/N: I have NO idea what I was doing making all the adults in Gryffindor bigoted idiots, but that's what happened...anyway, love y'all bye!
