Everyone headed back home to rest from their day of practice. They had dinner and went back to their rooms. As Meiqi was lying in bed, she heard a knock on the door. "Come in". Jiaqi entered, "Do you still have enough energy to go out tonight?".

Meiqi had forgotten about that. "Where are we going?". "That's a secret till we get there. Are you down?". Meiqi nodded. They headed downstairs, and Jiaqi hollered, "We'll be back". Haoxiang was about to ask where they were going, but the door closed already.

"Is it far", Meiqi asked. "Like a 20-minute walk, so you will be forced to talk to me", Jiaqi said jokingly. Meiqi didn't mind talking to Jiaqi, he was one of the members she felt more comfortable with anyways. He proceeded to ask about her day and how practice had been so far. She didn't even need to mention how awkward it was dancing with Chengxin because Jiaqi had brought it up himself. "Chengxin is a great dancer and so are you, no need to be so stressed". 

"Yea I know he's good, but I never danced with a partner before, much less a male partner".

"Oh that's fine; you can just pretend he's a girl then. He acts like one anyways." Meiqi laughed, "Isn't that Zhengyuan and Junlin".

"Yes them too, basically everyone in our group is secretly a girl besides me". Meiqi shook her head in amusement.

"Alright, we're here". Meiqi looked up at the building they had arrived at. "Where is this?"

"My secret hangout spot", he turned, smiling at her. "We need to sneak in though, they don't allow outside people in here".

"What??! What if we get caught", Meiqi never liked doing risky things like this. "Don't worry I've done it countless times; we're gonna be fine. Come on". Jiaqi led her to the back of the building and pulled a door open, leaving a pencil in between the crack. "The alarm goes off if the door is opened from inside, I leave the pencil here so it doesn't trigger it later", he explained. This was giving Meiqi stress already, but she decided to go with the flow. Jiaqi had promised nothing would happen.

They walked endless flights of stairs until they reached the rooftop. Jiaqi half panting, said "Here we are". Meiqi looked around and saw the prettiest night view of the skyline. "Isn't it magical here", Jiaqi commented Meiqi nodded. "I used to go here a lot during my trainee days. Whenever I encounter troubles, I come here to think it through, feel like this view makes everything a little better". They could see the China Zun, one of Beijing's tallest buildings, from where they were standing. Meiqi stared in awe, it had been so long since she had seen such a beautiful view. She rarely went out, and anytime she did, it was never to an area like this. "So what do you think?", Jiaqi asked. "It's really pretty. I've never seen something like this before".

"Well, now you can come here anytime you want. I'll also be here to accompany you if you wanna come next time", he said with a smile. They stood in silence for a minute, taking in everything. Meiqi turned to Jiaqi, remembering what she wanted to ask. "Oh yea I wanted to ask why you keep calling me Xiao Mei. No one calls me that besides my family and close friends".

"We like to call our members xiao song, xiao ding, everyone can just be called xiao something. So I called you Xiao Mei".

So Jiaqi didn't remember her after all. Meiqi was slightly disappointed, but it made sense that he didn't remember her. "I wanted to ask you earlier today. You said you participated in a show to sing 夜空中最闪亮的星. Which one was it?", asked Jiaqi.

"Master Class", Meiqi replied looking at Jiaqi.

Jiaqi turned to her and stared at a Meiqi for what felt like forever. "Why are you staring at me like that?", Meiqi asked. "You're... You're.... YOU'RE THE GIRL THAT KEPT CRYING ON THE SHOW". Meiqi's jaw dropped, so he did remember her. "Right? Right? Am I right?". Meiqi nodded. "I knew I saw you somewhere before. I just couldn't remember where". "Wow, you really grew a lot. Not exactly height-wise, but your skills", Jiaqi said laughing. Meiqi playfully hit Jiaqi, "You grew quite a bit too. Both height and skill-wise".

"Wow, I can't believe I got to meet you again after all these years. Did you recognize me this entire time? Meiqi nodded. "Why didn't you tell me!"

"Well I tried to a couple of times but always got interrupted. I wanted to ask you today too when Karry was telling us about the song, but we had to practice. I'm surprised you remember me".

"How could I forget, you cried so much on that show. But I never asked for your name, so I didn't realize when you joined TF Ent".

Meiqi and Jiaqi went on to reminisce on their childhood and their time on the show. Jiaqi spoke about how Meiqi hasn't changed at all personality-wise, while Meiqi talked about how she admired Jiaqi for making it so far. Sharing how she had actually followed his journey this whole time through TYT, Typhoon Projects, to now TNT.

"LOOK!", Jiaqi said pointing up to the sky. Meiqi looked up to see a sky full of stars. She was shocked that they could see stars even in the city. It had been so long since she's seen them since she was always practicing, even at night. "This was the real reason I brought you here. This is one of the few places where I can still see stars despite being in the city. Isn't it pretty". Meiqi couldn't stop staring at the sky, never had she seen so many stars before. "Hey look, it's our zodiac constellation, Sagittarius and Leo". Meiqi was surprised Jiaqi knew her sign. "Did you know Sagittarius and Leo have a very high compatibility? Maybe it's God's plan that we get to meet each other again after all these years." Meiqi smiled at that comment.

"How do you even remember my birthday, I never told anyone", asked Meiqi.

"I know a lot more than you think", Jiaqi replied, smiling. "Hey look, it's a shooting star, make your wish!!"

Meiqi wasn't sure what to wish for... to debut? To become famous like TNT? To keep growing in her skills? She decided to wish for...

"What'd you wish for?", Jiaqi asked.

"You first"

"Well if I say it, then it won't come true"

"Then I can't say mine either".

"You can tell me next time we come here then".

Next time? Meiqi didn't think there'd be a next time, but she nodded. "Next time it is then".

They heard a sound behind them. "Hey, what are you guys doing here!!". It was the security guard.

Jiaqi turned around and grabbed Meiqi's hand in a flash, "RUNNN!!".
